Nice room. Only issue- I wasn’t aware I had to reserve a parking spot on the property. It was pretty awful. When we called from the car in the street approaching the hotel, a desk clerk told us just pull in and there’s valet parking. We pull in- and then we’re told the lot was full! Not good! He then told us to ‘try Residence Inn’ and we’d have to pay for a spot, if they could accommodate my car. It took another hour or so, but after talking to the people at Residence Inn, I was able to book a spot on line. I was livid I didn’t know how bad the parking was there. This needs to be remedied in some way. People need to know to reserve a spot in advance and be guaranteed a spot- or not. It was really infuriating .

Clean, fast WiFi. Parking could be better.
-
when we checked in we weren't offered water and snacks like the people were that checked in at same time shuttle was late picking us up combined with a broken down airtrain we almost missed our flight.

Parking is a mess but the staff knew how to function around it efficiently for guests! Big props to them. The front desk was super nice! It was just so busy and loud in the lobby, there wasn’t an exhale from the day until we got to our room. it’s New York though. 😅 The ac didn’t work well in the elevator or hallways—just our rooms. It made the small journey hot with lugging our bags.. Pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast lacked for the price we paid for the room. Wish there was more grab and go options. Overall, decent experience. The staff made a stress time easy!

Dirty carpets in the rooms with a bad smell, unhelpful staff, horrible breakfast.

Contact was good when speaking with staff as there was a problem requesting via app. Customer service scheduled our pickup from airport. Shuttle bus driver was great. The room was clean as a hotel room can be. We were on 12th floor which was the top floor and the ceiling in our room had water marks from leaky roof. It didn’t rain while we were there so no water in the room while we stayed. The little bistro they had the server ensured everyone’s served in a timely manner and was very attentive to all customers. Would I stay again yes due to proximity to JFK for our planned layover, and reasonable pricing for room. Would I stay on 12th floor no, definitely not if it’s raining. Also as a recommendation when you refresh the rooms get rid of the popcorn ceilings, and resurface the roof.

Front desk staff, valets and shuttle drivers were helpful and engaging.

Location was good.

Staff was friendly, with shuttle service to/from airport exceptional. Hall carpets were extremely dirty.

When we arrived the parking lot had a sign that said it was full. We talked the very nice attendant into taking our car, but I find it ridiculous that at 5pm the day before a flight the hotel would tell us that, during a rainstorm, we needed to go try to find street parking (there wasn’t any) and they did not have spots available for their own guests at one car per rented room. $50 to park overnight too.
-
Hotel staff was amazing. Hotel is not in great shape needs to be renovated.
-
I like the restaurant and bar on the premises The TV wasn't a smart TV. They were old. I had issues with cell phone service
-
Property is close to JFK but not much immediately around it to do. When I booked the hotel there was no mention of a fee to park or have to find a spot on the street. So much construction and tight streets to get to the hotel. Not in the best area to be in.
-
Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Bar snacks were reasonable and staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle a great bonus and only short trip to airport.
-
Rooms we're clean and comfortable. They wanted 50 dollars extra for parking on top of the already high rate. I paid 50 dollars deposit which I didn't get refunded to me.

Very good
-
Proximity to airport, free shuttle bus. Indolent, unhelpful and unwelcoming reception and bar staff. Tired and worn carpets and furniture.
-
Everything! But the staff was the best part! So friendly, helpful, and fun to talk to. Nothing. We loved everything about this hotel
-
Our only complaint was that there wasn’t a safe in our room
-
Great breakfast, shuttle service was perfect and on time. Staff very attentive. Coffee available 24 hours and a lot of choices.
