No HVAC….so no air conditioning! I read a review after my stay that had been written 6 days before my stay here. They said there was no air conditioning! So that means it still wasn’t working over a week later. Why did the hotel not contact me before? I would've looked for alternative accommodation.

The very low beds were difficult to get in and out of.

My room smelled like mildew. It was a fine room but overall it just didn't feel that clean and I did not enjoy spending time in there. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nicely designed but again, smelled like mildew.

A/C was out while we stayed here and no one notified us or offered any solutions. This hotel advertises a rooftop as an amenity but it was rented out for private parties every day during our stay so we didn’t get a chance to use it. Also the bathroom situation is awful. It’s just glass so you can see into the shower and toilet from the bed with absolutely zero privacy.

The front desk staff was amazing. So helpful and sweet.

AC was broken in my room. Shower leaked into the hallway repeatedly. Front desk claimed someone was coming to fix AC and no one ever did. Charged additional nonsensical facility fees along with 400 dollar incidental charge. Street noise was also bad.

The room was clean and the staff was polite. NO WORKING AIR CONDITIONER is a deal-breaker. I reported it on Day 2 of my stay -- by Day 5 of my stay there was still no cool air in my room. I stopped by the front desk several times a day for updates and was just told engineers were on Floor 5 working on it. No offer to change to a different floor or proactive information. The hotel is affordable and in a good location, but I won't stay there again.

First of all, when I checked in, the room had not been fully clean. There were no towels and the room itself was filthy. Cup stains on the table, mold growing out of the outlets, the window completely covered in bird poop. On top of all of that, the lights did not work. I ended up having to move rooms and the front desk worker was not at all apologetic about it even though it was 100% the hotel's fault. In the new room, my experience only got worse. This room had cockroaches in it, which I saw at multiple times (see attached pictures.) I have bug bites all over me from whatever bugs were in that room which is absolutely disgusting. I woke up every morning at 7am to jack hammering at the hotel for the construction that they ordered - meaning they did not consider the guests when ordering the construction at such an early time. On top of all of that, two morning's I was also woken to yelling in the hallway due to an unruly guest. I took a photo of the hotel staff in the hallway trying to quiet the guest. The hotel manager was rude and did not offer any solutions to help. The worst staff and the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! PICK ANYWHERE ELSE!

The bed was a platform bed that was comfortable, but very low to the ground.
-
The room was in a state of disarray, lacking essential amenities. The incessant noise emanating from five private events disrupted our sleep, keeping us awake until 3:00 AM. Furthermore, the room’s design was peculiar, as it lacked a counter space.

The location is fantastic, and the ambience of the lobby and rooftop bar were super cool. The rooms had the potential for being super cool, but layout wasn’t great and super limiting. Martin gave great recommendations for shops and food that was close by! The first room that we checked into, was 80°, as it was 80° outside. The AC was broken, and when we asked, there were no other rooms available, which I completely understand. However, there was no other resolution other than bringing in a small fan which we were appreciative of. However, when we asked for a refund, they denied it, and then we tried to compromise hoping for complementary breakfast or dinner or room, service, etc. etc., they said absolutely not. So that was super discouraging that they weren’t even willing to give some type of credit. We were there for a race that weekend so sleeping in an 80° room was absolutely miserable. There was also very little staff on site, service was extremely slow.

I loved it. Great stay. Very clean, friendly staff, great ambiance and superb location.

Great hotel! Would definitely stay again.

The AC broke during a heat wave. Roof top bar was closed for private events. "Free drink" card only work for beer and wine but they don't tell you that until after you order a cocktail. Elevators were slow or didn't work. No cream served with coffee, only whole milk and almond milk. Staff seemed fed up with maintenance problems. This could be a lovely hotel once it gets some TLC.

My girlfriend and I came here for her birthday weekend because I thought it’d be a cool, unique spot to check out. Found and killed a HUGE cockroach in our room night 1, checked out immediately.

great staff!
