Breakfast is also good. Only issue is you will not get lift on breakfast rush hour. Other than that all good

Location is good hence the high cost otherwise It’s a basic hotel .

Family day trip really enjoyed the hotel. Only issue is the elevators we were on the second floor which was great we use the stairs. I would suggest asking for lower levels to take the stairs

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room was kept clean, the staff were attentive, and the bar staff was welcoming.

Nice stay, close to time square, clean rooms and great staff!

The location and hotel were great however the AC did not work and the shower floor was extremely slippery and a family member had a fall. Other than that, very accommodating and convenient for walking to all the sights.

Probably not anything you can do to fix it, but the Elevators took forever during busy hours.

Very small room and the bathroom door was slide that was hard to move

Train is one block away, highway is close. Very clean out in front . I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The breakfast is good and staff is good service but i want you to add more breakfast food and also don’t charge the water each bottle for 6$… i know it new york but….
