Very convenient location

The room was clean. The staff was nice and I always think it’s pretty cool when you have a restaurant inside of the hotel that way if you don’t feel like traveling far to get a quick bite or if you had a long flight and you just need something quick to eat to relax I think it’s always cool and the fact that they had two restaurants a free workout room a free, beautiful seating area where you can just relax in a restaurant with the patio is super cool

Great stay at INNSiDE by Meliá New York NoMad! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location close to Chelsea, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was good, the bathroom had just an opaque glass toward the room which was not good, there should also have been a curtain there as youcould actually see the person showering. the bathroom

This is one of the best stays in Manhattan. Very clean and spacious. Extremely well maintained room. Also, free drinks are amazing.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Location was excellent for subway and walking uptown. Restaurant and bar that look over sidewalk was nicely placed for access.

The property is in a great location in Chelsea. 27th street is relatively quiet plus half of the guest rooms are on the rear side of the building where there is no immediate street, just lower buildings. The rooms are larger than surrounding hotels of the same category I’ve experienced. They are elegantly appointed and comfortable Depending on the day, the rates can be expensive

Exceptional

I really liked the hotel, new and modern. The room and bed very comfortable, everything was very clean. Water and other drinks were included. The location is great, with a subway station very close to the hotel. Although the street and that specific block are quiet, being on the 4th floor meant that sometimes you could hear a lot of outside noise, especially early in the morning.

Our stay was fine but it was very plain for a luxury suite. The rooms were sparsely furnished and the bed had cheap polyester pillows, not down ones. There was, however, a Nespresso type coffee machine, which was most appreciated. We did like having the two rooms, but thought it was very expensive and not as nice as other suites we’ve stayed at in Manhattan. They have a pretty restaurant and the breakfast was good. Coffee was by the cup, which, I don’t think is appropriate for a hotel.

Even by standards of big city European hotels, our room was very small. And the lighting was terrible--two very weak "reading" lights above the bed and a desk lamp, but no overhead or floor lamp lighting. The location was convenient and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent facility with friendly staff that were extremely helpful. The staff at the restaurant were a bit slow but luckily, we were not in a rush
