Well located , clean, breakfast, stuff is helpful. Must have bathroom on the first floor, people need it after long travel and bench outside to wait for a cab

The hotel room , staffs, and the location are excellent. I enjoyed my one night staying , I've got the Room, 1 King Bed. All rooms are breakfast included and they served hot food . I recommend SpringHill Suites by Marriot , to all travelers .

Lobby staff were great. Breakfast was plentiful. Location is in the heart of midtown, very walkable. Will stay there again!

The lighting was very dim

The hotel is in the middle of mid-town, which we wanted, so we could park the car for 4 days, and just walk an take the subway. The staff were great in answering questions and trying to take care of our needs. The room was literally the smallest we have ever had, it was almost wall to wall for the king-size bed, with a little room for the closet. I had forgotten it was Memorial Day weekend, so it was SO crowded for breakfast and elevators, but that was my issue.

There was a horrible HVAC loud knocking noise that happened every three minutes when we were trying to sleep. Made it nearly impossible to sleep.

Staff were nice and the place was good. The layout of the room was a little weird but other than that it was good.

We had an amazing stay! The location is great. The rooms are small, but having queen beds instead of full beds was great for our family of four. The balcony was nice also!

I would definitely stay again but the room I got idk if it was something going on but the carpet was wet when I arrived I assume it’s some kind of leak or plumbing issue by the bathroom shower area I was in room 204

Perfect location for a quick NYC stay, especially if you’re traveling by train. Rooms are not spacious; however the breakfast options, cleanliness and amenities make up for it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
