    No wash cloths, felt so much smaller than the pictures. They are renovating so outside looked scruffy!!!! But it was ok. So much cheaper than others. The front desk was very nice!!!!

    Multiple issues and no response from management or corporate. 2 days of no air conditioning, as well as the toilet stopped working one day. I told them about the toilet in the morning before leaving for the day. Came back late evening and still not fixed, so I had to fix. Reached out about concerns to general manager and corporate at least 2 times each and never got any response. Stay away from this property!

    Didn’t stay due to guests at reception both complaining about conditions and we were a party of 8 expecting 3 rooms and tried to put us in 1 room with 1 bathroom then tried to upgrade us for $20 to a room with with 2 bathrooms but then admitted there didn’t have any rooms this accommodation should be investigated and taken off Expedia we booked another hotel for a lot less and had 3 rooms

    The room was okay. I was upgraded into a family room from a Standard double. I don't know but for me being upgraded is always a welcome event for any person who plans to stay in the hotel. When I stayed in May, there was some renovations or repairs being done on the windows so the curtains is always pulled in hence it added dimness to an already dimmed room.

    The place was not clean, shower had mildew in tile, it felt gross. I don’t recommend this place for what we paid for this place. I truly wanted to get comped for how yucky the place was. Walls were dirty and needs new paint. I don’t like to write anything negative about places that left me dissatisfied. I’ve learned that you get what you pay for. But in this case, $460 per night that sleeps 6… I was expecting a nicer place

    For a family of five the suite we were in had enough room for us to spread out. The main problem we had was there was no hot water for our room and many of the other guests. We got back at 10pm on our last night stay. We were told by the front desk that we should have hot water by 10:30. After waiting till 11pm we still didn’t have hot water. I went to the front desk several times and kept getting the same answer “20 more minutes” by the time it was midnight all 5 of us had to take cold showers. I also asked several time about getting compensated for our last night, the front desk’s answer was there is no manager here try again tomorrow at 10am when the manager comes in. I checked two times after 10am and was told the manager is not coming in today. I got the run around and still have yet to hear anything back from the manager about compensation. And no one at the front desk is able to give a refund without the manager there.

    Good location and friendly staff Air conditioning broken and reported to management on two different days, but nobody came to look at it. Issue with room key, which took three tries to get it fixed. Room was clean, but facility was not. The people that worked there were friendly, but were incredibly busy and seemed understaffed.

    The bathroom had mold and dirt on the walls, and it clearly did not feel clean. Overall, the room and hotel areas did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. The lobby looked unattractive and poorly maintained. In addition, the staff was not friendly and did not make us feel welcome. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
