    They gave away my room despite me calling and confirming. Charged me for the room anyway. No refund, no discount. Manager never called or responded to my email. Terrible customer service. Currently fighting to get the charges reversed. Sebastian at the front desk is a complete jerk. And while the other staff actually know what customer service is they were completely unhelpful. Skip this place. It absolutely sucks.

    Location was good. The room was comfortable and a good size. Bathrooms were modern. The Elevator! There is only one elevator and it is extremely slow. Even for the doors to open and close was very slow. It was faster for me to walk the steps than wait for the elevator. The elevator needs to be updated. Also. Windows needed cleaning.

    I was at first disappointed cos we were placed in a room with a broken AC and only portable AC was placed that couldnt cool the room with the warmth of the temp outside. My husband has to complain and was transferred the next day. Same front desk who i also ask a favor to have trash be collected since we didnt have our room clean, nothing was done that i came from work the next morning it was still there. Staff just need to be honest abt the room so customer doesnt need to expect of what is shown in the expedia nor their website whats in the room. Overall, it was still good. bfast is good. Location is great. Their offsite parking is great as it was we got good discount.

    The location was great Loved the kitchenette Breakfast was decent Felt safe Check jn process- we arrived 1 hr before check.in time and they told us they couldn't check us in early hut we didn't get our rooms until 2 hours after check in time. We ended up missing our show because the rooms were not ready on time. Parkinginformation -- the receptionist gave us directions to a parking lot that was not the one they worked with, so we ende up not being validated and had to pay full price. Comfort of the pull out bed: The mattress was so thin that you felt like you were lying on the just the metal springs. They were two different sizes in each room. Communication - the AC in our second room did not work. They did not inform us. They turned up with a portable ac that was also not working. Location of the rooms. 2 rooms on the booking, but we are placed one room on the ground floor and the other on the 7th floor. They told us it was because we had two different room types. When we proved that we had the same room types, they said it was because they had no more rooms in my room category. They promised to move us closer together the following day, but they never did. The toilet in 712 was not working and had to be plunged every time it was used. I ended up buying my own plunger so I didn't have to keep calling. They still did not move us. We extended one of the rooms for an additional night. They gave us one key for the room and told us we didn't get another key because we didn't put a credit card on the room. This was not told to us when we went to the desk to extend. Yet my card was charged by them. How did they charge my card if they didn't have it on file? I would only stay again because of the location and the kitchenette. No other reason...

    The room was great and had a little kitchenette! It was a tad small, but it's NYC. The breakfast was great! It's close to everything you need as a tourist - Times Square, theaters, and subway! The only minor complaint is the slow elevator - it's cosmically slow - but using the stairs is not terrible. Great stay!

    Great location - right by the subway and Times Square. Loved the breakfast - helped us save a few bucks on food. My only complaint was that the elevator was pretty slow - but we dealt with it! Room was renovated and clean!

    Great location in Timesquare, helpful staff, great nearby restaurant choices, compact but full kitchen, including 2 burner stove ( didn’t use) and dishwasher! Quiet, comfortable room, generous buffet. Only drawback, which is common...is one elevator to wait for.

    Location I requested some items Kleenex I was advised someone would bring it up an hour later no one came. I tried to call down to the front desk. The phone didn’t work so I had to walk down to the front desk I advise that no one brought the clinic and my phone in the room didn’t work. They said sorry 20 minutes later someone brought the Kleenex. At checkout, I gave the front desk clerk my ticket for parking for it to be validated parking was 20 minutes away from the hotel once I got there it wasn’t validated so I had to walk back walk back to the parking deck and pay double my price because it was over my time frame. Once I advise the front desk clerk she advised me I should have caught her sooner! Customer service is horrible here and I will be leaving a review on Google and the website because I shouldn’t have to pay $103 for their mistake! The phone in the room was a safety hazard. It did not work if my cell phone was dead and I needed assistance I was unable. The price I pay for the room it’s ridiculous when I got motel 6 service! Everything documented! HORRIBLE STAY!! Audio

    Location was amazing and staff were really accommodating, helpful and nice A single lift for the entire hotel. Literally took 5 minutes at times to be able to get to the lobby/room. The room design is extremely poor, with a tiny closet where only 2-3 clothes could be stored, and a large functional kitchen, which doesn't make sense for a hotel.
