My fiance and I just celebrated her birthday at the W Times Square in June 2026. The staff and amenities were tier 1. Jermaine and the front desk staff were very helpful with room decor, company, and accommodating my last-minute request. The bartender, Patrick, kept us grooving all weekend long and had great insight into things to do in town. All in all, I'm very happy with the W staff and how everything and everyone came together. BIG SHOUTS OUT TO JERMAINE CONCEIRGE N/A

Everybody was so nice and kind and I was really enjoying this hotel.

The room was fine and the location was very convenient to theater and midtown sights. Very friendly staff. Mattress needs to be replaced! Very uncomfortable.

The location was great. It was near everything. The shower drain went down slow. We had to have them come fix it and clean up the water on the floor. But they responded quickly

The staff very welcoming and helpful.The living room lounge bar was awesome! It was definitely a great vibe. The restaurant Dos Cosiminas were very nice and friendly. Housekeeping was great! Lastly, bell staff were amazing! I would definitely book again.
