The air-conditioning wasn't working

Super clean hotel and room, in a fantastic location for seeing Broadway shows and Times Square. The staff was wonderful to work with, and although our room was small, it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only inconvenience of our room was that the bathroom door wouldn't stay shut, but that was minor and probably easy to fix.

Great centrally located hotel steps from all the action from times square. Numerous places to eat near by . 2 elevators both of them very fast . Small gym but with all the needed equipment, small bar in the lobby with happy hour from 5 to 7pm. Breakfast has a lot of different options very good including eggs , waffles , sausage , bread , oatmeal , cereal , yogurt ,coffee , different juices , donuts , bagels and other options. Room very small but it had everything needed including microwave, small fridge , coffee maker .AC not noisy at all just make sure you put in in constant fan instead of auto option and you will be good to go. Overall I will definitely recommend this hotel as long as the price is right under 200 a night and for centrally located place near Broadway and the famous red stairs and all the times square area has to offer .

Very clean room and quite spacious for NYC. The breakfast was very good with a lot of different selections. It is also very conveniently located and the desk staff were totally awesome!!! Wonderful cookies available every day too!

The Good: Location, location, location, breakfast, bartender, and bell staff. • Tiny rooms with no functional furniture. No drawers, shelves, or storage space. We ended up living out of our suitcases. • Tiny bathroom with an open shower (no door or curtain). Water flooded the bathroom floor during normal use every time. • The built-in AC was broken before check-in, and we were not informed. The solution was a noisy portable unit vented through a partially open window. • An expensive phone charger disappeared from the nightstand after being plugged in there for two days. • The cherry on top was being charged more than my guaranteed Hotels.com reservation. Despite a partial refund, the final folio still does not match the reservation price. Hotels.com is currently investigating. • The biggest disappointment was management's handling of the issues. The Assistant General Manager seemed more interested in explaining why conditions were acceptable than understanding their impact on us. PS: When we reported the missing charger, the Assistant General Manager's initial recommendation was that I file a police report with NYPD and keep valuables in the room safe. A phone charger plugged into a nightstand is not something most guests would think needs to be secured in a hotel safe.

The hotel itself was fine but the rooms are very small and the bathroom is impossible to move around in.

Mini-sized but clean room. Next time I'll check. Be aware that prices can vary widely. My Advance price turned out to be almost double the price I saw once I was here. Breakfast was horrible!

It was a pleasant stay. Close to everything

My only issue is the walls are thin. I could hear every time the elevator opened

The location, very clean room, very helpful personal, didn’t have to wait for the elevator. Very small room, we didn’t have enough space for our luggages.

We were in the city to see a show, and this hotel was nearby and half the price of other hotels in the area. Great value and location, while the room, amenities and staff were all “punching above their weight”.

The location was perfect for Times Square and all the Theatres. The air conditioning wasn't working in our room and it was 93*. It took the staff 2 visits to check the unit, then several hours to change our room. The front desk staff didn't seem to care. They left us sitting in the lobby for a couple of hours! Very disappointing. This ruined our 1st evening plans. The front desk staff needs more training and needs to be more welcoming. The breakfasts were excellent. Many choices and very good food.

Clean, but so tiny! I thought they could've done a better job optimizing the space. Like, the room had a fridge, a microwave, coffee station, safe, ice bucket, etc.—but then nowhere to put your clothes! I can't imagine more than one person staying in a room here. Also, the elevators are so loud, you can hear every "ding" on every floor inside your room.

Ac not working. We managed to get a fan for our room but it was still 78F/26C and humid. Ended up getting a partial refund through Expedia but I feel like the hotel could have done more to ensure guest comfort (cold water bottles, more fans, etc)

The room was clean but very cramped. Breakfast was buffet and had many choices. Some of the pastries were stale. Parking was just around the block and $46 per day.
