No WiFi. Tv didn’t work. Front desk staff are rude Indian woman and rude indian man. Only upside was the room was freshly remodeled. Fridge didn’t even work. Terrible.

Our room had a mildewy smell. The sheets did not look clean. Pillows were good, AC worked well. Half the property was under construction, with drilling starting at 8am. Water cut off our last night, and we were offered a room that looked like it had been slept in.

Ok y’all I travel alot for work and I booked the hotel as a medium fir through out walked in the hotel in the coach stains stains on the floor g ate in the air disgusting go into my room and there’s left over glue dark as hell on the bottom of the shower floor stains all over the room gnats in the room no remote control I asked multiple times for one never received if I were you I would not book here and tell your friends I didn’t even stay the night I stayed in the airport

There Was No Hot Water NO HOT WATER! I GOT THE ROOM TO TAKE A HOT SHOWER AFTER WORK AND RELAX THERE WAS NO HOT WATER MY WHOLE STAY ONLY ONE SOCKET WORKED IN ROOM FOR POWER AND TV WAS DEFECTED

Price and location There were no ice buckets in the room, which was a clue as to there being no operational ice machines. There was a refrigerator in the room, but it wasn’t plugged in. Who knows if it worked. The room wasn’t clean as there was dirt on the ground and items of clothing left over from previous guests. I could’ve sworn the website said free continental breakfast, but there was nothing available at 6 AM when I went to the lobby. There was no phone in the room. The door to the bathroom opens into the bathroom and because it’s so tiny, you literally have to dance around the toilet to try to close the door while you use the bathroom. There were soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower, but they were not filled with anything. There were no cups in the room, so you couldn’t rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. I understand they’re in a process of remodeling, but the amenities I mentioned that we’re missing are not directly associated with remodeling in this place, really needs to step up the game.

I requested my money back after entering the room and seeing dead bugs, a broken bed and a broken lock on the door. The door next to mine had been damaged and broken into. The pool was empty and filthy. The bed had hair on it like the sheets hadn't been changed. I was able to get my money back but it took over 2 weeks and it was a hastle.

Receptionist was a smart ass. He even shut window in my face thst he couldn't help me I booked for Saturday night and was told there were no rooms available then what is the reason for letting people book if there going to over book

The room was dirty lights were broken there was nail polish on the bathroom floor when i.enter and stains on the wall

The place was dirty, the bathroom ceiling was falling down and the bathtub was dirty and coming apart, no towels. We had to get out of there and cancel and start looking elsewhere.

Horrible hotel dirty one lamp no other lamp was there holes in the wall dirty bedding. Very rude and disrespectful staff. Under construction, working at 8am on Sunday making noise with latters and what not . No ice machine I seen better crack head mottels than this place
