The staff made my stay amazing would recommend it to everyone

It was clean and close to the airport. The staff was absolutely the most unprofessional and unpleasant group that I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. The only pleasant person was the young lady working at the bar.

Hotel nice & clean. Nadia, the front desk clerk was great! The bartender that night was really good! We ordered food that was actually good the A/C vent in my room was extremely loud. The front desk clerk heard it over thr phone when I called about it. But I was told there was nothing they could do about it until the next day so I had to sleep with that loud noise all night. That was horrible

Unfortunately, the interaction with the front desk was disappointing. The employee was rude and came across as passive-aggressive rather than understanding my concern. I understand that parking fees may be standard, but guests should be clearly informed at check-in, especially when booking through a third-party site. Better communication and customer service would have made this experience much more positive.

The hotel rooms need a little updating. The furniture and carpeting needs replacing.

It was a good stay with all the required amenities and clean facilities.

Really enjoyed our stay however this was the first ever hotel I’ve stayed in where they charge nightly for parking. Definitely threw us off.

The front desk agent was rude, unprofessional and nasty. She needs to be retrained or placed somewhere that she doesn’t interact with guests. She demanded that I leave or she would call the police. I worked as a hotel Front Office Manager and a Night Auditor for 16 years. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I now work for Abbvie. I will tell all of my co-workers as well as corporate not to patronize Hilton unless this employee is extensively retrained, moved to a non guest facing position such as housekeeping and/or terminated. What an awful experience with this staff.

Room ran out of bodywash, told housekeeper but wash was never replaced until the next morning.

Had to pay for parking which was not mentioned on their website.

Hotel was clean and had many usefully amenities. Just didn’t like how I had to pay for parking felt like I’ve never had to do that in any my experience.
