Very clean and spacious 2 bed room, very comfortable and quiet during our stay. It was just close enough to everything and staff and services were very helpful and genuinely friendly.

When we checked in, we were told the water was off, but that it would be back on soon. To compensate us, we were offered free appetizers and wine that night. The water was also off the next day as they were repairing some water lines. After the water was turned back on, I decided to take a shower. The water never turned hot. We called the front desk and the problem was addressed immediately. Tierra, the Assistant Manager, was very helpful and offered us a partial refund for the day. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, apologetic, and did everything they could do make our stay a pleasant one. The breakfasts were all magnificent!! Next time we go to Charleston, this is where we will stay.

It was great to stay, just a little further from the downtown, but the price is fair

The inside was too hot and uncomfortable to breathe. We had to prop a door open. The staff could not control it. The rooms are dated and the bathroom is super tiny.
