Most was very good, but disappointed in that the staff allowed none ada service animals in the unit. We have run a resort in the Branson missouri area for seven years. One sign among others are barking dogs, these are not service animals. People will go to great lengths to slip emotional support animals in as service animals. Also you can ask what the animal is trained for and how long were they in school or training. We stayed here because we were told no pets allowed. We will not return , sorry

The HOT Tub!! What a God-Send! With so many Hotels filling their Hot tubs and barely providing a working pool sometimes... this was nice and Hot, clean and such a nice relaxing time. Other than a few rowdy kids(enjoying the pool), it was great to have a shower right there too. The staff was helpful in replenishing the towels and Checking the pool area for cleanliness. What a great quick breakfast time too. Will have family stay here again. The room was great too. Clean clean clean.

Great location, friendly staff. The beds have duvets but don't use duvet covers. Instead, the duvet is layered between sheets. Of course it will get twisted over night, and you will wake up with the unprotected duvet against your face. This is unsanitary because these do not get cleaned often.

Staff was ok, nothing extraordinary. Ok to just sleep on a trip through town. Cleanliness was questionable as we found hair in tub and sink area of bathroom.

It was a nice clean room. My only gripe is the shower was not adjustable, and it was slightly pointed towards the wall. I'm tall and I like that the showerhead was above my head, it was just off a bit which made it a bit awkward to enjoy my shower. That's all.

The breakfast is a decent spread for a small place, the pool needs more water and the room itself had furniture with noticeable stains. Stayed here two years ago without an issue but will not likely return.
