Whole hotel wasn’t taken care of. Very low quality for the price.

It was just ok. They said they didn’t have any “pet friendly “ rooms and charged me $25 for cleaning. I’m not sure your website had any ability to reserve a proper room and it wasn’t clearly states what the “ pet friendly” conditions were. I am going to ask for a refund of the $25.

Was it the 8 plus rating it got ? NO. I would have spent 10 more dollars for a better hotel had I known this rating was hyped. Not the worst place for a night, but not worth the $$.

The element of changing beddings every 3 days, I guess they can be changed whenever necessary even before the 3 days.

The bathtub was cracked, the room had a funky smell to it, and was dusty. The screen had duct tape holding it to the frame of the window.

The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was decent and the beds were very comfy. Room was right by breakfast area.
