My favorite place to stay in Oakbrook! The staff is always wonderful, and the amenities are second and none!!

Amazing location, amazing amenities the pool was great the kids played all day. Very clean facilities.

The mattress on the bed in our room was terrible!!! For all the amenities and stuff, the hotel should still focus on having the best quality bed for their guest! My wife and I did not have a good night sleep at all.

The food was just ok. The walk from the parking lot to the hotel was around 5 min, which was unexpected and valet service is only available on weekends.

Great experience

The location and the views were amazing. The rooms were clean and smelled good. Only minutes from amazing restaurants and stores. We didn't like that the garbage cans throughout the facility were always full and smelly. We stayed for 2 nights and the same garbage cans had the same garbage as when we arrived. The ice/microwave room was dirty and smelly. The bed in our room was too soft for my back but I managed.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, we add breakfast included to our stay will recommended saved us some money.

Everyone working at the front desk was more than helpful over the multiple days I stayed. I will for sure stay here again next time I go to chicago.

I liked location. Unfortunately reception has been pretty bad. I was not given room though I booked it thru Expedia Stays and paid full room rent in advance. I was turned away in the mid night when I reported to check in.

Very family friendly, super clean, beautiful property. Pool is amazing it’s huge!

Large property that makes you feel secluded. Huge indoor pool that’s great for kids and a great lounge area to hang out.

Very nice place. Unfortunately the pool had been rented out the night we were there, so we weren't able to try it out. Enjoyed the nearby central park

The hotel is so great! The pool on a Saturday night at 9pm is a mess - towels everywhere, toys, trash, etc. Also saw someone pour a packet of bubbles or salts in the hot tub.

Property was nice and clean, I was under the impression that the property was going to be bad based on some bad reviews, but what a surprise, excelente place to stay, clean and the staff excellent service.

Be aware, this property allows pets and places pets in with the general population. On the third night of a three-night stay, we returned to our room to find a barking dog next door. When we complained, the night manager said the offending guest had the right to stay there even with a barking dog. Although she eventually moved the dog to a different location, it took a lot of effort on our part to get her to act. If the hotel wants to accomodate pet owners, it should have a policy that pet owners are given rooms in one part of the hotel away from non-pet guests.

Enjoyed our stay and the property
