Best Western Plus Desoto

The lobby area is very nice and the staff was pretty helpful. The room was not clean as I think it should be. The couch was kind of dirty and very hard to sit on if you felt the wood and springs in it the pool area it’s OK kind of smaller than I thought based off the pictures.

The breakfast is flavorless. Only sugar free spreads and margarine, both of which are terrible for your health. Also, don’t waste your $ on the Chili’s next door. They were out of most beers and somehow ruined the salsa. It also wasn’t very clean. But there staff were friendly.

Good location, comfortable sleep. Carpet had stains, blackout curtain was torn. Breakfast was adequate, but no hot water, tea bags or hot chocolate in rooms or breakfast area.

Check in took longer than it should have being that I had already taken care of everything online. Bed was very uncomfortable. The rooms were clean and breakfast was alright.

That it was next to Walmart The manager. She caused the front desk worker to quit her job, due to the manager lack of willing to help her customers from their system mess up. The manager forced me to double pay for a booking I’ve already paid for. Then she made promises of accommodation that she didn’t keep. I will never return to that hotel again.

Locations and the lobby The room are run down, carpet in room was nasty. Bed mattress torn ,

Room smelled like urine, hallway was noisy next to loud ice machine, no towels available throughout stay.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. There were stains on the carpet and couch cushions and it was obvious that the bed on the let out couch had not been cleaned from the previous guests. However, the staff was very friendly which is always nice.

From check-in to check out, every employee was attentive, helpful, and super nice. Everyone was eager to be sure that everyone’s needs was met! The room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing. The overall hotel was beautiful and spotless. I will definitely be staying there again to bed is super comfy. The water pressure is perfect and overall just a great place to stay in. The location is also very convenient.

They are scammers they charge you for cleaning when the room is still clean… the ceiling in the bathroom is leaking

It’s a good location to stores, restaurants, gasoline and the freeway

Arrived at hotel having booked almost a month in advance and when I checked in I wasn’t told that my double bedroom that I had was changed into a single bedroom wasn’t given any extra linen’s to accommodate the 4 guest that were in my room when asked for extra towels we were told that there wasn’t enough and when we exchanged the towels we did have we were given back smaller towels the service was horrible never again.
