I liked how the breakfast area was set up and the variety of options.

Everything was amazing until we walked into our rooms the smell was horrible we had first floor rooms ours smelled like Cheetos and feet really strong and my brothers room smelled like death and urine we went to Walmart for candles air freshener and nothing helped for the two days we were there when I told the hotel staff she stated oh that’s the room we had dogs in for a month there was no compensation or anything breakfast was amazing and the upgrades were nice but the parking was horrible as well

Several areas of the facility had extensive wear.

The bed was okay and the shower was clean. This was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever seen! From the entrance, the lobby, the hall carpeting and elevator, all were filthy!!!

Everything was great

The room was clean. The air condition A/C was difficult to turn on and off.

The staff was very friendly and werr able to let us check in earlier than expected arrival time The pool was closed for maintenance and nothing was listed about that prior to arrival. Also, the room was nice but found some hairs on a towel and in the shower. Also, to no fault of the hotel, but there is a restaurant right beside the hotel that attracts a lot of motorcycles that like to rev the engines up through the night.

Clean and comfortable Breakfast

My room was filthy. I called the front desk and was told by the front desk manager, she was with a customer and she’ll get back to me but never did. I had to call back to the desk. My shower had hair in it, hair was on the top of the door leading out the bathroom, the shower head was filthy and the shower floors was nasty. The air conditioner was filthy and had dirt on it. The shades didn’t open. I don’t think that room had been cleaned in months. When I finally got the manager, she told me she was booked and didn’t have another room but she could try in find me one or cancel my room, she even asked me for my personal cell number as if the hotel room phone didn’t work, I didn’t give her my number. She hung up and when she called the room back she told me to come with my things to the front desk. When I got there she told me she was loving me to another room. When I got to the new room given, it too was filthy and smell strongly like bleach, the carpet needed vacuuming, hair was in the bed and the side tables were nasty. I went back down to the front desk and told the guy that was there, they could cancel my room that I was leaving, the front desk manager came up and ask what was going on, I told her. The guy that was there was going to cancel my room but the front desk manager stopped him and said she would take care of it but charged me the room anyway. Now the manager will not face me. Give me my money back, I left, didn’t stay in those nasty rooms. I got pictures

I loved absolutely everything about the property and the friendly staff. Most definitely will stay there again as it almost felt like home.
