We were extremely disappointed in the quality of the property, the room, the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff, since we paid $200 for one night. We expected a lovely lobby, nice room rooms with everything and working order and clean. We could not have been more surprised at the quality of the hotel and the room. The front desk worker seemed fairly knowledgeable, and it took him nearly 20 minutes to check me in and he acted as if he wasn’t sure what was he was doing. The first thing I noticed upon entering our room was a huge red stain on the carpet in the entrance of our room. The room was extremely small even though it was called a king suite and had a funny smell to it. The toilet handle was cracked, and the lid of the toilet slid off every time we flushed the toilet. We had to call the front desk several times for someone to finally answer. When I asked for blankets to be bought up for the hide a bed they said they couldn’t bring them up and we had to go to the front desk to get them. The walls are extremely thin and we could hear everything from our neighboring rooms. This was all extremely disappointing because we had just stayed in an absolutely gorgeous, upscale hotel the night before where we paid nearly the same price per night. If I had paid $100 per night, I would have expected this but not for $200 a night.

I liked the helpfulness of the Front Desk. The Continental Breakfast selection was great. I requested milk and it was immediately brought out. The room I stayed in was quiet, spacious, and mostly clean. The bed was comfortable and air conditioner cooled the room very fast. There was a Bible in the side table which I liked because I could read something positive before bed and a lot of hotels have removed them from their rooms, so it was a pleasant surprise to see. Cons: The room I stayed in had one of the reading lights not functioning. The bulb was actually missing! There was no Carafe for the coffee maker. The restroom was clean except for long hair on the floor and a piece of long hair on one of the bath towels which is an absolute no-no for hotels which means the floor was not cleaned at all. For $200/night I think the cons listed above are unacceptable. There needs to be a weekly room inspection/audit done to make sure all things advertised are in working order.

Everything was fantastic! The staff was incredibly accommodating and polite. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was just your typical continental hotel breakfast, but it was hot and delicious. It’s served from 6 am to 9 am, so be there on time.

The staff was nice and breakfast was good. It is a little too run down. People outside sleeping on sidewalks, and other things. Smelled of Marijuana for a full 24 hours of my stay inside on the 3rd floor.
