Check in took about 45 minutes, staff clearly needed more training. Hotel itself could use a little renovation. Stay at the aloft Lake Buena Vista instead.

enjoyed our stay here, great location from aquatica waterpark, and SeaWorld right down the street. updated rooms. Good amenities didn't use them but Denny's was right next-door so I did have them for breakfast.

The shower floor was a little dirty. The shower had 2 shampoos, 1 conditioner & no body wash. The tv for streaming kept freezing & then shutting off. The staff is extremely pleasant. The bed & the pillows were the best I’ve ever slept on.

Overall the hotel was ok. The stay was decent, but there were a few downsides. Parking costs extra, which was a little frustrating. The room was fine, but it could’ve been cleaner. Not a bad stay overall, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
