We spend 3 days at here , our rooms was at 4th floor and the elevators didn’t work those days

Great property but I was on crutches with a broken leg, was on the 4th floor with a broken elevator. They weren’t willing to accommodate me with a 1st floor room or refund me my money so I could go to another hotel. No consideration for a guest suffering due to their elevator being down.

The staff is truly amazing. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need.

Great time with the family

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Its location is excellent very convenient to the airport and just a short drive from International Drive, making it easy to access restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly, and everything was well maintained. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere after a long day of traveling. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Great rooms! Clean and super location. A little more out of the fray than other Orlando hotels.

Both elevators were down during our stay and we were NOT informed upon checkin, and only found out the hard way (NOT by any staff informing us!). We had our 3 children with us after a long day at SeaWorld and had to carry our luggage up to the 4th floor. We were not offered any apologies or compensation for this major inconvenience. Extremely poor customer service.

Beautiful hotel. The elevator wasn't working but otherwise it was a good stay

The room was not spotless but clean enough. Location is great. The front desk staff were beyond friendly and helpful ! 5 stars for the staff at the desk for sure !

Staff was courteous and provided excellent customer service. Breakfast was great !

First room had hair on pillows and in shower. That room was on the 3rd floor. Gave me another room on the 4th floor. But here's the kicker. Elevator was out of order. It was quite a painful workout for a disabled Vet with a bad back. Staff was nice though.

Another major issue was the elevators. Throughout most of our stay, only one elevator was operational. On our last night, neither elevator was working, forcing us to carry all of our luggage down three flights of stairs. This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating, especially for guests traveling with heavy bags.Overall, these issues significantly impacted our experience.

elevators were out for 95% of our stay. luckily were able to use one elevator when checking in and staying on 4th floor.

The staff was friendly and very helpful.
