I likes the way the room was set up! It had the sliding door to give some privacy! It had the pool & that was super fun!

Breakfast was amazing. Pool warm and clean. Rooms clean, spacious for the family and comfortable beds. My kids had a blast. Definitely coming back.

I really enjoyed my room. The room was spacious, clean, and amenities worked. The only thing was the housekeeper didn't refill the shower gels. The breakfast was good and plentiful. I was a great family orientated property.

The breakfast wasn’t good at all because that wasn’t a real buffet. I have to pay for the outside parking which is absurd because I never paid for the parking in the places I stayed. The towels on the room were like peelers. The only good thing I can say is that it was clean…

Room was big, clean and staff seemed friendly. Breakfast was fair, served the same thing each day scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes each day. Other than that everything else was minimal. No milk or creamer 2 days in a row.

The room was good but I had several issues. The bath towels were very rough. Like drying yourself with sandpaper. The bed was old and the mattress sagged.

Hotel and resort, clean, good with view, parking is safe, food not that great but free. Cheapest hotel based on my search around the area that is less than 3 miles from Universal studios and Disney. Fast food around next blocks, very convinient. If you’re looking for a hotel for vacation stay that comes with 2 TVs 60inches, with couch, dining table, kitchen counter top, fridge and oven, 2 queen beds and 1 sleeper sofa, then put this on your iterinary-you won’t get these stuff in other hotels and you will be paying more.

My son is 15 and we went to Orlando to celebrate his bday and the night of the check in because we had a late flight, our check in was around 6pm and we were told the pool was open until 9:30 a staff very rude from the balcony started yelling at me to get up from the cabana and the only reason why I set down for 5 minutes was because it started to rain and my son wanted to enjoy the last 35 minutes left for the pool to closed he immediately got upset came down from the balcony of the 3rd floor and turn off the pool so my son had to get out the staff was so rude they justified his reaction he even curse me out when I never got rude I only answer sorry I was just sitting down because of the rain it was late and no one was outside but two more people I would never returned specially that the staff didn’t do nothing about the situation but made me feel very uncomfortable as I did something wrong mind you this staff was a male and I was alone with my son no need for that staff to disrespect me in front of my son it was a very impotent moment

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The pool area was nice. The location was great. The only thing that the elevator was hot and we were on the 7th floor.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was the worst. Nobody was at the front desk and I had to wait for a while to get checked in. They don’t pick up the phone when you call either from the room or from outside of the hotel because there’s nobody at the front desk! I paid for the night through Expedia and when I checked in they used my card for incidentals despite $100. The $100 has to be returned to my card simply and automatically because there’s no incidentals in my stay, but they processed the $100 and again they don’t answer the phone and no way to contact them to get the refund!! I wasted a lot of time calling them and never got a hold of someone to talk to.

I was put in a floor level room right in Front of the kiddie pool originally and it was very loud with everyone screaming and blasting there music, so I decided I had to go ask them for a different room and told them it was very stressful with everyone right in front of my windows walking by every second blasting there music and screaming and that it was very loud! So they put me in a different room on the 5th floor, problem solved! It was a lovely stay for both me and my daughter. Just ask to be switched if they try to give you a ground level room.
