Got a room that has cockroaches beds look nasty and sheets had blood on them and told stuff they only said I only work here..

The staff were friendly.

Rick was so kind and very professional. He even helped me with continued bookings I originally made through third party apps when I had to extend a number of times also to get me into the same room when possible. Him and the rest of the staff were some of the best I have personally encountered.

Staff were friendly and room were clean on arrival. The problem we had was pillows were flat. We had to request cleaning they don’t clean. If we needed any extra towels we also had to request it and pick them up. The shower head didn’t have pressure.

Good location near theme parks. Breakfast was satisfactory. Pool was nice. AC was cold. Would stay again.

I appreciate that they offer the breakfast, BUT the setup is a mess. 2 waffle makers and people lined up to make them, 3 minutes each. Then they stand there and make another. The toaster is stuck in the corner, down from the bagels. VERY unorganized.

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was constantly restocked. Overall it was an amazing vacation.
