There was a lot of noise in the room next to us at night. The air conditioning was not all that good. Went out and bought a fan. Other than that the stay was good

I had no complaints for my short two day stay with my kids the pool was clean with towels, the only thing was there was no trash bags in the room that was annoying but no big deal!

The hotel is a short walk to the Orange County Convention Center and is located in close walking distance to several restaurants. The hotel is clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

Room was clean, front desk staff was very nice, first room wouldn’t open so they had to reassign me to a different room but then everything was fine. I would stay again.

booked the hotel for location but the hotel room smelled old and moldy, the toilet got clogged, very outdated. however the staff was helpful and friendly.

Rooms were clean and up to date, but basic. The beds were comfortable, and the AC cooled well. No coffee maker in the room (available by request), but there was a McDonalds next door, so I usually just picked up a cup there when I returned from my morning workout. No fitness room, but the neighborhood is conducive to walking and running. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked inviting. I'm a little spoiled by places that offer complimentary breakfast, but with an IHOP onsite and a McDonalds just steps away we did not go hungry. Staff was very helpful and gave good tips for getting to and from the convention center. Good value for the money.

it was a mediocre room for a mediocre price. the pool wasnt open 24 hours which really wasnt ideal for vacationers that have full days at the parks nearby and want to relax at night after a big day. there wasnt enough outlets in the room to plug things into, and the ones that were there, only two worked. just a ghetto motel to be honest but the bed was comfortable and it was a place to wash your ass at the end of a long day at sea world.

It was good, clean room and decent. Only complaint is the water gets really hot, and when I let the shower run to get hot it steamed so much the fire alarm was tripped and alerted the desk. I guess since the fire alarm was right outside the bathroom. So that’s the only complaint I have.

My 1 night stay here was pleasant and worth the price, IHOP is literally attached to the hotel which was a big plus. Other than the lingering sound the toilet made when refilling, I would stay here again.

Biggest complaint was mold actually on the platic cups provided for drinking water. YUK! Swimming pool is small - hotel somewhat run down, musty smell in room

Decent but older facility with outside entrances. Probably priced right for close to the Rosen and Orange County Convention Center

The front desk staff was phenomenal. The room did get humid, as the ac is not central. Overall, great hotel for the price. Would definitely stay again.

Roaches, floor was dirty.

Room smelled moldy and wet: like it was flooded and no properly aired out.

Bed was a little high off the ground, if I was shorter it would be a problem. Toilet was very low to the ground for me.
