Headboard was broken, shower leaked into the entry of the room (behind the wall) and the internet was very very slow. I called to switch rooms and the front desk said everything was sold out. Will never go again.

No early check-in even though it was only 15 minutes before check- in time. Also no late check-out. Paid extra for a deluxe room, there was nothing deluxe about the room.

The remote control for TV was broken. There were only 2 towels.

It was a great value for the price. Close enough to the Convention Center to walk! We parked our car upon arrival and didn't move it until it was time for us to leave town.

I was awakened at night by a loud banging on my door while I was in bed. I called the desk for Security was later informed that it was the Manager and Security trying to force their way into my room because someone smelled Marijuana in the parking lot.

There was not a microwave in the room, but there was one available for anyone to use in a common area, although it was pretty dirty. Pool & hot tub were not in working order during our entire stay.

The room was really small. I was told I would have a microwave when I called in advance a few days prior because I had my 3 young children with me. when I got there I called because there wasnt one in the room. I was tol'dÃÂ sorry there wont be one.

Staff unhelpful and a little rude. There was a whole grape left on the carpet to greet me. Im not fussy but others may not have been impressed.

My room was dirty...mold on the ceiling in the bathroom..extremely dirty carpet...smelled back...rust around the tub and toilet...finger nail polish spilled on the table....I will never book this hotel again and I don't recommend it to anyone
