CHOSE A DIFFERENT HOTEL The stay was a complete mess. -Bathroom was full of hairs -Bathtub was dirty -Sofa bed was filthy with bottle caps and candy wraps and remnants of food falling as I was pulling it out. -TV was not working,TV remote did not change channels even after having new batteries placed and had to unplug it from the wall to turn it off. -Shades were not going down -No Bathroom basic (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap) as if the holders were broken down and removed out of the wall. -Phone was not working so I had to go to the reception 3 times -Key to the room stopped working. -Employees shrugged after I told them about it.

property was very clean, rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Beware that beds are very high and hard for me to get into being 5ft 3 in tall. Breakfast was very good. Parking was $16 per day

Really good! But if you're on the first floor or facing the front, you'll hear all the party goers. However it's manageable and you can always take ear plugs. Staff were great, especially the girl with the red hair. Breakfast is great and has to go bags for quick snacks or breakfast. Coffee and tea is free 24/7. Ideal location for tourists and close to parks.

I enjoyed that it was in the heart of the parks and you could actually walk around the area. Good restaurants very close to the hotel. Indian food, Ethiopian, Brazilian. I think the location was great. I did not find anything wrong with the property. I have stayed before. My first time staying there was probably 10 years ago and the place has been completely remodeled.
