The staff was great and helpful. The rooms are a good size and the breakfast was also good too!

Nice hotel. Good rooms. Good choices at breakfast. Very convenient for airport. Local area and facilities good. Had a very comfortable week here and would stay again.

Pool was decent but no jacuzzis. The free to use computer & printer was the big winner and came in handy big time. And our lil puppy was a welcomed guest too!!

We only stayed a few hours after a midnight flight for a morning cruise. Airport shuttle and customer service definitely put this hotel at the top for us. Our driver was prompt and professional!

One downside is a large, loud party at the pool was allowed to gather long after the pool closing times. Almost midnight before the left.

Staff was very helpful. The pool wasn’t very clean and the breakfast wasn’t great. Our pull out bed was lopsided and not great to sleep on. However, great location and again staff was very attentive and welcoming.

Stayed at home 2 suites many times and this one was the worse experience ever, awful customer service, employees were not helpful and friendly at all, definitely I would not recommend it

Shuttle service to the Airport is key to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for all your needs. If you’re staying a week or just to catch a flight the next day. You won’t be disappointed

Staff so helpful. Clean room. Few in room amenities such as no hand cream, shower cap, and only one soap for 2 people. Room in need of some repairs as edging around bathroom mirror and shower were separating.

Stayed overnight for layover. Good breakfast. Free shuttle to airport. Number of restaurants within 10 min walk. Only complaint was sofa bed was very squeeky

The room was very clean, the staff was great. Even the cleaning lady was very polite, accommodating and greeted us every morning. The kitchen was wonderful with a large refrigerator and dishwasher. Parking was easy and free which was one of the reasons we selected this hotel. The area was nice and conducive to restaurants, shopping etc. The hot breakfast was very good. We ate there every morning. We were only 30 minutes or less away from Disney or Universal Studios depending on if you took the tolls. BIG TIP - get the Visitor Toll Pass at the airport to save 80% on tolls. The only problem we had was the bathroom sink was a very slow drain. They sent someone to fix it but it was still a little slow draining. And the mattress was not very comfortable. I kept feeling something poking my leg when I sat on the side of the bed and it was a small wire coming out the side of the mattress. I just made sure to avoid it. Neither was a big enough deal to make me move to another room. Hopefully when returning I would have a room without those issues but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean, very nice breakfast and service. Conveniently located near the airport! Would recommend and stay there again.
