Great water pressure. The only complaint we have the bathroom mirror lightning could be a lot better. Breakfast was good and a lot to choose from. Staff was very nice.

Was great! Only downside was next neighbors tub so loud vibrating wall… but stopped after a time. Breakfast also and staff were great!

clean rooms nice staff, they need to have a better service regarding shutlle if you dont have a phone in the usa you cant cañl the hotel to ask for it, it should run like other hotels every 15 to 20 minutes

Besides pool not in use due to renovation place is worth the money. Close to the airport and shuttle service was decent.

$6-12 is reasonable but $23 PER NIGHT is insane especially in the times we are living in.

Spacious rooms with a very friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. With a very nice free shuttle from and to the airport.

The pool was down for repairs. no compensation for the inconvience. Had to pay an extra $44 for parking. which is ridiculous! you pay for a room, the parking should be free. girl at check-in did not offer the free waters that other guest were offered.

The room is clean, spacious and have great amenities and always consistent with satisfaction of the Hyatt Place every where I have stayed. Also feel a great price for the room’s you get. Like a suite. Staff at all properties I’ve stayed have been very warm and welcoming.
