Hyatt Regency Orlando

Superb

Loved the balcony! There was no refrigerator in the room! My wife has medication that needs to stay refrigerated, but all they had a was a little cooler. I have not been in a hotel without a fridge in over 30 years, even cheap hotels have a fridge in the room! The staff was sympathetic to our situation and let us put her medication in the fridge of the bell room, but really, there needs to be a better option.

The poolside was really a destination- waterfalls plus streets hidden from sight really makes it feel like a beautiful oasis.

I have stayed in more hotel rooms than I can even count and I rate the fine folks at the Hyatt at the top of my list! From the check in to the check out, I could not have been treated better! I definitely recommend them and will stay there again if I am in the Orlando area again!

The cost of the property is high but it is well kept, friendly, good food and overall an excellent place to stay.

The balcony was only a one foot step out of the worst view even everything is under construction and I had to travel to a whole other tower each time to go swimming not to mention the room smelled like smoke. I thought I was going to be able to sit down on the balcony and watch traffic go by instead I couldn’t even pass by someone on the one foot step out. I think the room they gave us was for smokers or something for it to cost what they charged it wasn’t worth it for the room or inconvenience with our towers pool closed

The property is beautiful and has some very cool art installations. The bar was very expensive! I asked for a glass of white wine and was charged $32. For one glass! I thought that was absurd! I commented on it thing it was a mistake and the bartender said that’s the price. That was the only negative! You play you pay!

Near the conference venue with a sky bridge connection.

The room was ok. The staff very nice. For the price of the hotel, the bed could have been better. The wi-fi terrible, many hours not working. For someone travelling for a conference, it's unacceptable.

Perfect stay, may recommend more pool activities.

Great Location, Property & hospitality

This is a great hotel and well worth the costs. Not only is it clean, but it has everything you could think of in the room as well as in the hotel it's self. Staff are very friendly and I could not have asked for a better experience. Once again, Hyatt gave a 10/10 service Nothing that I did not like

Nice large airy property. No pressure from staff, just simple service. B-Line diner service and food quality were excellent.
