Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld

The staff was really nice and attentive, Tiffany at the Bar is really nice, she is knowledgeable about the food and drinks.

Several restaurants on site and the splash pad for the kids were amazing. We will be back!

Rooms were extremely outdated

The bar Had to run by the desk area where they try to make you buy Disney tickets after telling them no repeatedly

The room was clean Everything else then what I liked . Ice machines were unhooked for VFW convention, mess up hotel reservations to numerous, restaurants are extremely expensive, the pool people kicked out people staying there. And much more

Location They lost my hat. I left it in the room on the desk. I tried calling immediately after we were on highway. You can’t reach the front desk. Can’t reach a manager. This could have easily been found & mitigated same day. The hat was new & cost $100. Very unhappy

The hotel entrance looks amazing! But that’s the only thing it seems to be renovated. The thing that most upset me it was when doing reservation it said all taxes were included. Once I arrived they requested a non refundable deposit of $100 almost $50 for Resort fee and another $50 for parking. Those extras expenses were not described on Booking. They also charge for internet. If I knew about these expenses i would never choose that hotel. It didn’t worth it. On booking says $150 for one night and than $170 after all taxes and fees included. Once you arrive there they ask for this non refundable deposit of $100 plus internet $14!! Bedroom was very old, bathrooms poorly cleaned, you could see hair everywhere, there was even paper towel or toilet paper left on the floor. You could also see the floor had stains from other people shower and showing it wasn’t mopped well. Talking about the toddler area and pool, they were very poorly maintained and not sufficient for all guests, very crowded.

The kids pool area is always a hit with my littles. The pool/foosball/ping pong tables outside were great.
