Staff was very friendly, room was well equipped, room and bathroom were also very clean and comfortable

This is my second time staying here, and that’s how pleasant it is. And I will continue coming here in my future visits to the city.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very kind. Monday-Wednesday they have a social hour in which they cook a full complimentary meal. It was great. The fire alarm malfunctioned on our last night. It went on and off until 3:30am. The hotel refunded the half of that nights stay back to us. I appreciate their effort and it would be enough for me to come back and stay, despite the long night. Also, didn't realize parking was $10 a day until we arrived. Just FYI.

The fire alarm kept going off the first night

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel was comfortable and conveniently located, though there was a slight odor in some areas. Breakfast was also fairly limited and not very impressive. Otherwise, it was a decent experience.

We have stayed here for several years and have enjoyed the cleanliness, location to SeaWorld, and ease of breakfast. The employees are always kind and attentive, and their prices reflect this. However, they have recently started charging for parking. $10 per car per night. We often have two cars for our large family so the extra charge gets very pricey. Other properties have charged for parking for years and I was willing to pay the higher price of a nights stay at staybridge to avoid a parking fee, but now they are just like all the others, in addition to costing more to begin with. A hotel parking lot is for the guests of the hotel. It serves no other purpose. These hotels should be ashamed and I'm disappointed staybridge suites sank to their level.

Exceptional

The stay was fine. However, the fire alarm malfunctioned from 11pm-3am off and on and woke everyone up. Had an early meeting the next morning. Was not good. Staff claimed they couldn't do anything about it.

The hotel was very well kept. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was going good until our family was abruptly awakened by the fire alarm at 11p. Fire dept arrived and we opened the door and asked if it was a false alarm and fire fighter said, “yes. Minutes later we had them in our room supposedly, “the room was indicating heat”. Then after fire dept supposedly cleared it, we were abruptly awakened twice more in a span of 2hrs. To add, it got super hot in our room and hallway. Receptionist was ALONE to answer to all guests. No manager or any admin in sight. Fire dept did not specifically know what was going on and seemed bothered to be there. We had no choice than to leave as we had an infant and toddler with us. My toddler is still shaken by the incidentS. NO ADMIN HAS CALLED to apologize. Receptionists that checked us in was the one to call and acted like he did not know what had transpired.

Pretty upset. Zero response from hotels .com on matter. Worst experience ever.

Perfect

The staff was nice and the hotel was clean and well kept. However, cheech and Chong were staying in the room next to us which made half the floor we were on stink of marijuana. The front desk was alerted but I am unsure if anyone actually did anything about it. Other than that, good stay.

The breakfast was delicious And all the staff was very nice.!

Nice and easy access to onward journey and also the room was clean and bright. The breakfast was also ok. Staff booking in were helpful, and answered any questions we had with appropriate knowledge. Not any problems.

Very neat clean. Nice break fast with full kitchen with affordable price compare to other hotels near by wtih all amenities . Good location 15 min away from Universal studio, 10 min Walmart. My family loved it stay here.
