Beautiful property! Pools and all the trees were beautiful

Awesome service. Could use some updating around the lazy river but had a blast.

Estaba muy limpia mi habitación, tenía vistas al parque acuático , todo el personal fue súper atento , nosotros no hablamos inglés pero entre todos los empleados siempre buscaban la forma de buscar a alguien que hablara español , me sentí muy bien allí , volvería a ir muchas otras veces más ❤️

Great resort food is pricey better to eat off grounds

All was amazing. But they won't let ypu bring drinks in the oasis park. When ypu have small children, it can get very expensive at $9+ a drink. Also, we requested a blanket for our 3 year old twice and were told they would bring one and we never received it. Otherwise, all was amazing.

Better disclosure on the $90.00/day resort fee that is due upon check in would have made this stay more enjoyable.

The water park was a ton of fun, but the rooms are dated and not well-maintained. Nothing outright terrible, just a bunch of noticeable small things that added up to make their maintenance and cleaning staff look incompetent. For example- one of my pillowcases had a small black dot on it, there was a small patch of mildew in the shower, the hot and cold handles on the sink were reversed, part of the blinds were broken, chipped paint on most corners, and janky doorknobs. Like I said, nothing outright terrible, but it suffers from “death by a thousand cuts”. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, though.

Views were amazing and staff was friendly and we were always greeted with a smile!

I can't say enough. We arrived hours before check-in and got our rooms right away. We were even moved closer to the water park. The park is full of young lifeguards with really good attitudes. The kids had a blast. Beds are comfortable and there's blackout curtains.

Room was far from water park but, you can call the for golf cart pick up & drop off to anywhere on the property. Great staycation. Movie in the pool was very nice.

I always workout while traveling and their gym is huge with a nice variety of equipment if you are a serious lifter like me. The restaurant was easy and the bar had a great adult feel. The adult pool was right by our villa so that was perfect.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. We had a great visit with our Grandkids. They enjoyed the waterpark for two days. Loved that they always had plenty of towels at park and at our pool outside our room. The staff at waterpark were nice enough to let us enter with fruit and snacks for our grand daughter who is diabetic, other than that they only let you take sealed water.
