Great breakfast, friendly staff, close to downtown and the sports venues.

The only issue was Sunday night a homeless man came into the building naked and set off the fire alarm and was going after people with a fire extinguisher. Otherwise everything was great

We have stayed here for the last 3 years to attend Fan Fusion Phoenix. We keep coming back because of the hot breakfast in the morning, the great staff and the large comfortable rooms. Even the 70s pattern on the couch in the room reminds me of home. The price to park your car is only 18 a night which if you travel to downtown Phoenix you know that is a bargain. It is a 10 minute walk to the convention center but very safe. You can find fancier hotels but we will continue to stay here...it is home!

There's a small area for necessities on the ground level, but it would be nice to have vending machines on all the floors.

We are very content with our stay. We booked here because it is close to Chase Field, we walked there and avoided all the traffic, also paying for parking. Will definitely be staying there in the future.

Room was a little dirty, same with breakfast area. Pool was nice but no towels. AC worked good and was a great location for Diamondbacks game
