front desk girls weren’t too professional and they seemed like they didn’t like their job. just seemed irritated by anyone who came up to them. it made the first impression pretty uncomfortable tbh. cafe staff was AMAZING.

My room 414 was not a great location facing the rear of building. I believe because I booked thru a 3rd party you get what ever! I try to always book at hotel website for room selection. Nice place great location and surprisingly the food was really good.

The restaurant and restaurant staff were amazing. Would eat there again. Hotel room was dirty with stains on carpet and bed head board, black mold in sink and shower. Would not stay there again.

Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The highlight was definitely the restaurant—the food was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

Neat art work. Comfy beds. Cool industrial feel. Staff were short. Not necessarily rude, just not really helpful or caring. There’s no one to help with luggage, and the “luggage carts” they have are these weird ikea bookshelf things. They’re ridiculous, and not useful for luggage at all. Seems like they’re trying way too hard to be hipster with them and just being dumb. I booked a suite, and let me just say if you’re with a friend, don’t. They have very open showers, that you can see into from the entire room. Also, there were 5 sinks in the room. Why? Why do you need 5 sinks in the room? It makes no sense.

This hotel is beautiful and also an art gallery. The Bar restaurant has excellent food, employees was nice and helpful and the pool was great!

Beautiful room and great view of downtown. The staff looked bothered to even be doing their job like checking in (which is their literal job) was a bother and that they were too cool to have basic customer service skills. Even the valet was a weird interaction. The room itself was awesome and very clean and I’d stay there again if the staff was better.

The cleanliness of the room was in poor conditions . The sink had water blockage and did not drain properly. The shower head was corroded when with buildup. I was charged for a deluxe room and received a standard room until I had to verify my booking information with Expedia so they could have contacted the property.

They have hidden fees that were not explained. They returned 30 out of 120 deposit.

I absolutely loved this hotel. My drive took longer than expected and the staff was so gracious about my arrival time. I was pleasantly impressed by the overall interior design of the room upon my arrival and was surprisingly sad I was only staying the one night. Definitely a spot I will continue to book in the future just because of the design concept and its perfect execution.

Everything was lovely! The rooms were very cool looking and I loved the artsy feel of the whole place. I especially loved the concrete floors in the room. Much better than Harper most hotel rooms have.
