Was visiting a friend in hospital, so I just walked across the street , was so convenient
-
Kinda low quality but okay and staff were great
-
So we stayed in this hotel from Friday-Sunday and the only redeeming qualities were that there was breakfast and the staff were nice enough. Almost none of the TV channels in our room worked. The microwave took so long to heat up food and then the screen on it kept blinking so bright with the time that we had to put a bandaid over it, the shower tap dripped nonstop and our curtain was held up by a spring clamp, we also saw major stains on the chair and headboard of the room. there was no bath mat when we got to the room so we had to ask for one and they only did housekeeping every other day. Would not recommend.

They really need to work on the breakfast bar. There are few healthy options like fruit.

Area is under construction. Apparently they work through the night. What could have been a great sleep was continually interrupted by men and equipment outside my window working on the street. The rest of the stay was fine, but sleep is the most important and I didn't sleep a wink due to the noise. I wish this would have been mentioned before I purchased this hotel room.

Staff read friendly and welcoming. The property was very clean. I will continue to stay here. Unfortunately it’s been another hospital stay for my son but the location of the Hampton is awesome.

It was nice and quiet and a beautiful clean place

Welcoming staff, continental breakfast was good. Nice location, the only downside is that one has to pay $10 dollar per night per parking.
-
Very nice room and convenient location to St. Joseph hospital. Pool is nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Reservations were easy to make. Breakfast is ok…but adequate. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice and clean

Breakfast was good with good selection. Hotel had all the amenities we needed or wanted right down to the location, was perfect for us.

We asked for some form of compensation and the manager (James) told us no - he would give us a few bucks at the snack bar - I asked the name of his supervisor and he said Mr. Hilton and to take my problems to hotels.com. I was at the hospital for a minor surgical procedure that morning. He told me it was the cities fault and they couldn’t help us at all, best of luck.

Very good

All was good. Breakfast very nice, area clean. Snacks way over priced. Would stay here again. Quiet, safe, not near places to eat.

Hotel cancelled my reservation and I could not get a refund from hotels.com

I didn't have time to use the workout room, but I went inside for a look and it's very nice. I asked for rooms far from the elevator and they gave us two rooms exactly next to the elevator. There was a reading light on only one side of the king bed--why??? At breakfast, the oatmeal and mini-scones were good but the omelettes were not edible--they were really hard and rubbery. I've stayed at other Hampton Inns that were really nice, so I was surprised at the condition of this one. It made the $10/night fee for parking harder to swallow.

We needed a handicap accessible room and shower. Although we initially had an issue with cleanliness of our room it was promptly taken care of. Staff was wonderful and very accomidating.
