Staff was VERY rude. Staff was very unwelcoming to the guest. There was no house keeping staff, rooms didn’t have towing or rags. You had to go to the desk to ask for towels. Rooms were very unprepared for guest. Tubs were stained. There was no air conditioning in the halls nor elavatotors. I don’t recommend this hotel anyone at all.

Nothing Nothing in the room worked it stunk really bad, and nothing worked. Everything was broken, and no plug-in worked. we had to charge our phone in the car

The kids enjoyed the pool. And we liked being close to the light rail and Carowinds. The room was very dusty like it hadnt been cleaned. Bed covers were stained yellow in some spots. And the most the of the outlets wouldn't work because the pieces for missing to helo secure the plug.

The staff was great and accommodating pool cleaned daily and breakfast as well as the espresso machine was a hiccup and close to everything thanks for having me.

The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The property was easy to access. There could’ve been more parking. Most of the outlets in our room did not work. This was an inconvenience. Also no outlet in the bathroom

The property was owed nasty and had roaches and bugs absolutely nothing the staff there are rude I didn’t like anything about it. It had a bad smell and they had bugs. Saw a big cockroach coming in as I was coming in the building.

The lobby was very nice in the brooms were very clean and the hotel staff was very knowledgeable In the lob by, there is some water damage, but I just think that is from it just being there
