Days Inn by Wyndham Plainfield

Yes, this was a cheap room, but when I got there, I turned on the TV, which didn’t work. The staff came and replaced the TV. Then I bought something and tried to put it in the refrigerator. The refrigerator didn’t work so the staff came and replaced the refrigerator. I decided to go to the front office to buy a soda. The soda machine didn’t work. Better off paying an extra $10-$20 to get a better room.

Location to I-40 and Indy. Nice bedding, restaurants in walking distance. Good lighting at night on parking lot for our motorcycles. Some areas could be freshened up. like concrete walkways and curbs. Bathroom had peeling ceilings and walls in shower room that needs attention. Lack of cloths rack to hang multiple items. Room 121. Otherwise a good stay.

Nothing! The room smelled, of what we were not sure of.we found spiders in the tub. There was some type of film on the sink. Could not get the fridge to stay on. The bed was as hard as a rock . We were afraid to turn the wall unit fan off because of the smell. We would not use the sink because of no drain plug. The phone was not working so we could not get any help. We could not get the Wi-Fi to connect and so we never used it wifi. We paid for two nights but we only stayed for one.

The breakfast was worthless.

They are trying to upgrade parts of the room but clearly are doing it a little at a time. If all you need is a place to lay your head at night and aren't looking for anything special, then this is fine.

The place looked bad; like an old 50’s motel. Pealing paint outside, concrete cracked up. I lost money but I couldn’t stay there.

We stay at this facility 3-4 times a year, and have had minor issues like the tv screen being broken, or the shower not turning off, but at least we get a good nights sleep. This past stay, we had people outside our room screaming at each other from 12:30 until 3:30 in the morning! Did not get much sleep at all! The room was fine, clean, and everything worked fine though. May not go back.

Terrible place not cleaned dirty mattress never stayed at a place this bad paid $147.00 for a run down room dirty curtains never again ?

Smell of room and a very filthy padded chair in room.

TV didn't work, hair dryer didn't work, they got 1 that did. walls need patched. bedding clean but had holes on mattress side. cobwebs in the corners mismatched furniture. staff was nice but had no solution for the TV. could've at least offered a discount

Toliet didn't work when we checked in. Phone didn't work to call down to service. Drug activity upstairs and people making my family uncomfortable. Our door room had a Do Not Disturb sign painted on the door and also a sign in window saying You're on Camera! Went back to desk to ask what was going on and no one was there. Once entering room I can't imagine how it could pass any inspection. Holes in bathroom walls, greasy/dirty vent hanging off wall, rust/stains in tub, shower did not work AT ALL, towel/bath mat stained, grout/caulking filthy...but there was no one to complain to. Pillows on bed were little squares. When leaving the next morning went to desk again to complain and ask for a receipt....no one was there again, go figure. Do NOT stay at this hotel!

Very clean nice love the staff very helpful and wonderful people every time I come to Indy to work I stay there bout to be back for a wk this week and if another room is more money he will go out of there way to.ake it the same or less see you this will

The toilet wiggled, the walls were damaged, spider web under counter, curtain was not connected in the corner allowing too much light for sleep. Accidentally left my room key on the counter, no one answered at the front desk. Did not stay the first night due to being locked out. Someone strange knocked on the door On my 2nd night. Although I received a discounted rate (according to website) I still am not pleased with my visit. I wish them luck.
