Had a great stay. Quiet and staff was excellent from check in to check out

Room and common areas were very clean pool was nice. Our only problem was when booking the room it was booked for 5 people. 2 adults 2 teens and a preteen and they do not have roll away beds. We had to make a makeshift bed on the floor out of pillows.

The property and staff were absolutely lovely. The only downside was upstairs neighbors clomping around like psychopaths at 5/6am, my guess is it was their kids.

If you plan on parking at this location, I would recommend not staying here. The parking staff verbally abuse their customers. good luck reaching Marriott who apparently doesn’t believe in customer service so reaching anyone at the property is impossible given it’s all AI.

Corporate hotel with clean rooms, comfy bed, good air-conditioning, and nice big shower. Nice outside area by the river.

Wonderful stay, the staff was amazing at check in. The property is so clean perfect place to stay for Reno aces game

Nice upscale feel, walkable to casinos, across the street from ballpark, enjoyed the pool. A little pricy. Parts of the area felt sketchy at night. The neighborhood needs further redevelopment.
-
Hotel in great location close to downtown, restaurants, and casinos. Parking was inexpensive which is easily double at other hotels.

The staff at check in was amazing. There were some problems with the reservations (on our part) and they went very much out of their way to accommodate us. Unfortunately, I only got the name of one of the 3 people helping us. It was Jesse. Great experience rarely seen anymore. Rooms were great- clean, bright.

It’s a great alternative to casino hotels. The price is right. It’s clean and comfortable. The staff was really great from check-in to the cute little cafe and bar. The river view was nice, a nice patio off the lobby also. As some reviews noted, there are some homeless people around downtown reno. It wasn’t a big issue, not nearly as many as my hometown. There are a few homeless people who hangout across the river and if this bothers you ask for a ballpark view.
