It was a nice place nothing bad to say if you're just looking for a room and a safe nice place to stay

This is a great hotel with wonderful, helpful staff and excellent location.

Only ... would have liked an outdoor pool.

Really nice interior of hotel!

I like the location (Very close to the VMFA building complex. I liked my room with the corner view. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about how to get to the VMFA building & places around the Hotel. I wish there were more local places to eat around the hotel. it seemed kinda "Out there" in a neighborhood with out much in the way of local eateries. Also, the male Concierge was very friendly and helpful, I but couldn't see his name tag due to his, long locks over the name tag. I suggest he move it to the other side.

Arrived and no one was in the lobby or at the desk. We waited a while then finally found someone. A man with huge fake breasts came out, didn't acknowledge us other than asking for ID and credit card. Made no eye contact. Handed us the room key and that was it. Worst customer service we've experienced at a hotel. Also parking on Expedia is listed at $12, but hotel had a handwritten sign saying parking was $15. Definitely staying somewhere else next time we're in area.

I prepaid at booking however the front desk double charged me and promise to refund at check out， I double checked several days during the stays but continue get no authority to make a change feedback. I currently still havent get my money back.

Cafe food was very good, taste & quantity. We arrived late in day, disappointed in room when spotted past occupants left over towel on bathroom floor & left over food in fridge,

Excellent place to stay!

For $240/night hotel room I expect free convenient parking and breakfast! Coffee was $3 in the a.m. Parking was $20. We entered the hotel around 11pm and left at 5am. Nearly $300. 😞

Hotel lobby and room nice, comfy and clean.

The hotel and staff were great! Particularly liked Landi and Molly. The mini fridge in the room wasn't plugged in when we got there, but that is seriously the only thing that was slightly off. Great stay.
