The only thing that I can say is that the hotel was in a very shady area but there was a police officer on the premise during the night. There was a very moldy odor in the room, there were holes in the walls, there was no bath mat in the bathroom tub or anything to secure my footing (I slipped in the shower). The outside entrance to our room was locked and the area inside the room by the door was damp because water had leaked inside the room because it rained overnight. There was. no remote for the television the was no phone in the room, and the hotel lobby was constantly dark. I thought the hotel was closed. It was a good thing that I only stayed for one night. I will never go back there again

There are no telephones in the rooms. I did not feel very safe. At first glance the property seemed abandoned.
-
urine soaked walls, dried urine on the bathroom floor, dark weed smelling staircase (elevator is broken), dark hallways, door had been kicked in so it was dented with wood detached (the locked worked)

Terrible toilet did not flush took three days for a plunger. I needed my fire arm because random people kept knocking on my door and bed bugs!!!?

For your own sake, do not even bother attempting to stay in hermitage. I pulled in late night for a quick sleep and head out early morning. On arrival bldg lobby was dimly lit. No cars in parking lot, a few homeless people outside. Clear to me that this hotel was a shelter of sorts. I left after no answer and suspicious looks from some of the residents. 3 cars in parking lot of a bldg allegedly close to sold out. Please hotels.com , do even a little bit of homework before offering this to your clients. We deserve at least that. I booked another hotel at twice the price and will happily eat the cost of hermitage. I love to save a dime, but if my adult daughters were there I’d ask for a “I’m ok” communique in am

It was a room. It was "clean" . I only stayed one night literally just to sleep in the room.

For the price we paid, it was as expected - very rough. The showerhead was fixed with a plastic bag, and the hole in the wall next to the wall AC unit was plugged by stuffing plastic bags into it, too. The elevator was broken, one of the pillows and one of the bed covers had blood stains, the shower curtain liner was missing, and there was no hair dryer. Carpets, walls and popcorn ceiling were smelly - I suspect it was the original 1970s. I saw a large rat running across the parking. The only relatively nice part of the property was at the reception - we even had our hopes up when checking in!!! It was clean and smelled nice, dated but decent. When we got to our room, though, it was a different matter.

Had a horrible time, had to go to a whole different hotel. The hallways gave super creepy vibes, there was graffiti on most of the walls, not that I mind graffiti just y'know wasn't advertised. And the pictures of the room didn't really match the room, sorta felt like I was crawling with bugs after leaving. Totally creeped out and a little set off, the hallways felt like someone was watching you from around the corner, the stairways felt like a parking garage.

There were stains on the mattresses, burns on the sheets and comforter, crumbs all over the place, a layer of dust on the hairdryer, and eveything was just generally worn. It was cheap but not sure it was worth it.
-
There was no breakfast, and the staff didn't really do their job very well at all. There was no Wi-Fi there was no what I saw on the ammunition

Requested a non-smoking room and received a smoking room. The elevators did not work and was on the 3rd floor. If you need to extend do it via Expedia they have much higher in house rates. The room was partially cleaned had stained floors and the table was stickey. Would not recommend you absolutely get what you paid for and no more.

First thing there you notice is the stench of smoke. Every place you looked, it was some sort of barricade and something not working. The smell was the same as you entered the room. The blankets full of holes from cigarette burns and the bathroom toilet did not work properly, it didn’t flush and water wasn’t flowing back. Got out of there as soon as possible. Even for just a one night stay, never again.

The room itself could have actually been nice if anyone gave minimal attention to repairs and housekeeping. However the current state is filthy, unkept and in need of maintenance/repairs. There was a plumbing leak in the middle of the night that soaked through the carpet where the carpet and flooring meet between the entry/bathroom & the sleeping area. The bedding was dirty (unchanged!), stained and had cigarette burns in my non smoking room that had no smoke detector! Dirty tissues and other debris. There was mold in the carpet and bathroom, exposed plumbing, no bulbs in some of the fixtures, melted parts of dirty appliances (hair dryer, microwave and AC unit) Will post pics if allowed. A broken desk chair that dumped me into the floor! Front desk was informed but recieved no response or efforts. I will say the towels appeared to be new, there is a bare pattio/balcony that wasn't mentioned in ad that I appreciated and the nearby Marcco's pizza is impressive, delicious, friendly, professional and accommodating. All just at the fringe of Scotts Addition.
