Four Points by Sheraton Richmond

Enjoyed my stay, rooms and property were well kept no complaints.

Convenient to restaurants Had to pay for breakfast

Checking in was a breeze, and the staff were friendly yet professional. Plenty of parking available. The rooms were spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfy. Honestly, we couldn't think of any complaints.

Good hotel!

It was clean and in a good location. Bed was too squishy. The air conditioner was very loud. The amenities were minimal for the price.

I did not get to eat breakfast but I not able to order anything from the restaurant!

Room was small. I had asked and paid for a room overlooking garden. Our room was over the air conditioning units. Bathroom had rust along the base; no hair conditioner. It was I suppose clean enough and the bedding was nice. Breakfast was ok… some items were cold.

Still, these were isolated issues and I would recommend.

Difficult to find driveway at night.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff informed us about the $50 deposit but did not explain any other fees or hotel policies. After we received our room keys, we were told that breakfast was not included and that an additional fee would apply. We felt the communication during check-in could have been clearer and more courteous.

Have stayed several times for dr appointments at the VA for family members, and the property is handicap friendly

Nice clean rooms. Staff was helpful but the front desk seemed busy and had to wait. Nice pool and gazebo with gardenias in the back as well as a wooded walking path behind the property. The path had a pond with geese and herons.

The hotel and their staff was great, the only thing I was disappointed in was that night I went to the dining room to order dinner I ordered for myself and grandson then asked if they would fix my husband a grilled cheese he has cancer so a grilled cheese is about all he can tolerate and and the waiter went to ask the cook and they said NO, so I canceled our order . It doesn't take 5 mins to throw a grilled cheese sandwich together. So i Went to Apple Bees and asked them if they would he said thats something that's not on our menu. But we will certainly do that for you and gave it to us free of charge. So if you stay at four points I suggest you eat at Apple bees next door great food and very accommodating. Other then that the hotel was great.
