I guess when you book a room and you’re counting on certain amenities, you need to call and ask if those are working or not

We had traveled over 6 hours to meet our Nephew to do our summer pick-up of our Great Niece who also drove 6 hours to meet up with us, we were tired and we were unable to early check-in (1 hour) Over all we would stay there again.

The beds were confortable and the room spacious Was told we would have a crib but it was a pack n play. The AC was not working properly in our room, it was very hot. The breakfast was mediocre.

My room was clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. I slept well. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. I appreciated the hot beverage station being available all the time.

The breakfast was the highlight of the stay. The elevator nearest our room was out of order. The pool was closed for maintenance work. The air conditioner in our room did not work well; room was stuffy. The remote for our tv did not work; we reported it to the front desk. The lady at the desk stated she would come up, but she never showed up so we could not use the tv at all.

Very close to the highway. Easy on/off. Great Mexican restaurant and gas stations with quick mart within walking distance of hotel.

Staff and comfort My bill was incorrect it did not contain the 7.00 cancellation fee associated with what was on my corporate card. Bathroom nice sink not so nice.
