I didn't like the fact that my HVAC unit didn't work properly, the bathroom door and bathroom weren't clean properly, the hot water in the shower didn't work properly, the cleaning lady was rude. A waste of my money.

Absolutely Nothing The facility looked like homeless people stay there and very unattractive on the outside. People's clothes hanging off the balcony and the management was very rude and nasty.

We arrived after 11pm just to sleep for the night after driving over 10 hrs to wake up and go another 9. Right outside our room and above our room. Other guests decided it was time to party and play loud music. Called down to front desk twice and was told just give them time!! Packed up and went to get a refund they said they could not do that. Offered another room on opposite side of hotel. Now it’s well after 12…at least we got a little sleep.

hotels-dot-com also gets zero stars for being completely useless. all they would do is call the hotel and ask them if they would refund us. of course they said no. i could have done that myself.
