Disgusting place. Checked in and immediately checked out. Staff were rude. Refused to refund.

We arrived at the property and it was run down. Not at all like the pictures on the website. You could smell mold in the lobby. We went in to take a look at the room and it was very shabby. The flooring was being held together with packing tape! The carpet in the hall was partially ripped up. Bags of trash where beside the door to go in the building. This property should not even be on Hotels.com

But the shower was cold wouldn’t get hot and the shower had hair in it as someone was shaving and the didn’t clean it properly also a burrito left in the microwave

The room was very clean. I absolutely love the bed. The mattress was so comfortable. Staff was so helpful with any questions.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The property is older but the cleanliness is quite good. The beds are very comfortable and the linens, towels, and amenities were excellent. Room was quiet. The breakfast was well-stocked with cold and hot foods.

Bathroom hot water was unavailable. Initial room refrydid not have shelves, lights, hair dryer, etc.

24/7 Locked Doors Hair dryer fell off the wall, only had one barely working speed, Balcony door was off balance & had to be physically pushed into position to lock (not safe for a female traveling alone), Some Light bulbs not working in bathroom, Sconce lighting not working at all, Air conditioner would not stay on, No food allowed to be taken from breakfast area, Strong hints of addicts residing at complex, The pool was in ruins by contractor, Utility doors propped open by towels to allow access to contractor (assuming).

Nothing Waited at front desk for over 10 minutes to check in. Felt like we were an inconvenience! Desk clerk couldn’t tell us anyplace but a pizza place to get delivery. Called couldn’t order over the phone. Only online and wanted personal info. Seemed sketchy. Desk area/countertop are were sticky/dirty. Pulled bed cover down, sheets didn’t look clean. And as if that is not enough, went into the bathroom, turned on the light and a 3 inch cockroach crawled out from above the sink! We went to the front desk told her we were leaving. She asked why-we told her and she said Ohh OK. No apologies, no refund offer and we weren’t 2 minutes from the hotel and she charged our card for the full amount! NEVER, EVER AGAIN!

We found a dead cockroach in the fridge and we didn’t have clean towels for two of our five nights, even after talking to the front desk multiple times. Air conditioning was fine, the breakfast was pretty meh, I just ate oatmeal packets the whole week.

The hallways smelled terrible, room was okay but the wood floors were dirty.

Bed made squicky noises, tv didn’t work, room smelled and the phone in the room didn’t work when I called to complain. They did put us in another room. Better. I would never go back there. Not very clean hotel. Pool is green. The restaurant is all closed up. Very trashy looking from the outside. I wish I picked another hotel lesson learnied never booking a hotel with them again.
