Sleep Inn Rockford I-90

The breakfast was not up to par with price of the room. The room was not cleaned every day. For the asking price per night the room should be cleaned everyday. Very disappointing!

This was a diplicate booking for the incorrect dates

I was here for about 5 hours to get some sleep. If you’re into weird strip clubs there’s one next door. If you want to gamble there’s a casino in walking distance. If you want to take a shower I’m a space capsule it’s right in your room.

Good morning breakfast, daily

We booked last minute, and pick ot because it was close to where we needed to be. It was a very good choice. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast had good choices. And for dinner the restaurant next door ( the tavern on clark) was amazing.

Overall the property was fine. No major complaints. The breakfast was pretty good

This hotel is showing its age and needs some TLC. The room was clean. The internet was slow and the business center computer had trouble connecting- the night clerk did help but no help the next morning. Breakfast was ok. Location was convenient

Very attentive staff. Thank you to whom checked us in late at night. Loved your hair, but most of all loved your hospitality. I appreciate you.

Also both nights other patrons were running up and down the hallways screaming and knocking on the room doors at 2 in the morning . Not a good experience…

Nice clean room. Spacious. Had all the needs of a traveler needed for us. Was close to the church we were going while traveling. Good location and reasonable priced.

My wife and I were travelling from Alberta to Ontario, on day 3 of a multi-day drive. This was the third hotel that we booked through Expedia, with the previous two being amazing. We arrived at around 8 PM local time - tired from an almost 10-hour drive from North Dakota. As we walked in, we noticed immediately that the hotel was dated and the air quality was poor. We checked in with the help of the hotel's general manager (Mr. Patel), it was swift. We were given a room in the third floor, and although the initial vibes were not good, we decided to proceed. As we exited the elevator, we noticed that the hallway carpeting was heavily stained in some sections. We walked in the room and I went straight to the bathroom. I noticed the foul smell of urine right away. The room was very dated and overall, was not in good condition. One section of a wall had a hole, and the floor looked filthy. The air quality in the room left nothing to be desired, which may have been caused by cigarette smoke. We checked out about an hour later, as soon as we secured accommodation with another hotel. We turned the card over to Mr. Patel, who did not seem surprised. Be warned, the photos shared by hotel management are far from reality. We wasted $115 on this booking. Not as advertised!!!

Closeness to stores and restaurants. Staff was friendly. Very dirty and outdated. Poorly maintained rooms. There’s a strip joint exactly across the street.

The staff was was not helpful

We had a mixup with Expedia regarding our reservation and the manager was AMAZING. He refunded our deposit and gave us a room. He also recommended a restaurant which gave us a discount for staying at the hotel. There was an old stain on one of the pillowcases, but we just switched to another pillow, there were so many! We would definitely stay here again.
