Very nice hotel. Had a problem with the AC the first night, but they addressed it right away. Convenient to restaurants, Chicago Outlet Mall & the casino.

I chose the business suite which was roomie well equipped, and clean. The evening social is nice where they offer two free drinks per evening and light appetizers. The breakfast is top-notch! I love that they will freshly make an omelette for you and everything else is very well stocked. The breakfast staff were very nice and seemed happy to help people. I love that they have airport shuttle as well. I’ll definitely stay there again. Next time I visit Chicago as Rosemont is a very clean, beautiful part of town

The only drawback is paying for parking after paying for the room.
-
Hospitality hour Close to train to downtown

Everything was great. I plan on returning. The parking was a little difficult and confusing other than that no complaints.
-
Beautiful room with a living room, separate bedroom, refrigerator and microwave. Very comfortable too. Nice breakfast buffet.

Everything was nice...the bartender was super friendly
-
Proximity to ohare, staff was very accommodating.

Staff was friendly and helpful though, so that was good. The breakfast buffet was pretty good as well. We didn't get a chance to use our tickets for happy hour, but you are given a ticket to get 2 drinks per night I believe, which is nice. The pool was okay. Wasn't anything superb and was definitely MUCH colder than it should have been. Overall, our stay was pretty good. I probably would go back if a couple of things were touched up, and when my kiddo is a bit older, as there wasn't much for her to do.

The bath tub was clogged, but it was addressed as soon as we called the receptionist. Complimentary airport shuttle was good. The location was nearby the Chicago Outlet Mall and Chicago O’Hare.

Not a terrible property but one of the worst Embassy Suites I have stayed in. It’s definitely showing its age. Cocktail reception was marginal at best. Definitely below average drinks and wine. Appetizers were pretty bad… cheese chunks, some veggies, chips and salsa. Ambiance was below average. Let’s just say not a place you wanted to hang at and unwind. Breakfast was in the same area and no better. Eating areas and cooking area was pretty dirty. I really like the Embassy Suites business model- free apps, drinks and made to order breakfast, but this fell really short. Definitely would not stay here again.

Overall stay was good. Staff was really nice. Good breakfast and shuttle service available. Rooms need lil upgrades.
