I was in room 111 smoking room king bed. As soon as I walked in it smelled musty not just of smoke. The stand up light had no bulb. The door lock was held together with a rope. The night stands were sticky and dirty. The frig was dirty the freezer had food in it. The floors were filthy. The lounge chair had burn holes and the bottom of it was hanging on the floor. The phone was unplugged so not able to call the front desk to help with these issues the tv it was nothing but fuzzy with lines. I really was tired driving over 6 hours I just wanted to sleep and get out in the morning asap. I was so glad a had some Clorox wipes to help make it a little cleaner. The mattress was in a zipper bag that had a huge hole. I took a quick shower which was somewhat clean and left at 6 am. This place was not worth the price I paid at all. Please don’t go here it’s nasty and disgusting.

Not very clean. We had a cockroach in our bedroom and we also saw a cockroach in the breakfast area.

Friendly staff! Very good place to put your head down. Beautiful area.

Bugs on the floor, dirty towels, no hot water, toilet had poop in it and didn’t flush, shampoo bottle was left half empty.

The water was warm and the sink was slow to drain. The lighting was poor. there was a cockroach I had to kill on the floor

The pictures of this property are misleading. They do not show that this is a motel with no indoor hallways. As a solo traveler I do not stay at motels. Had I known this I would not have booked here. The evening staff was pleasant but the morning person did not acknowledge my presence and was in the phone the entire time I was eating breakfast. The selection for breakfast was very minimal and there were no forks. I tried to ask for them but as stated before the staff would not make eye contact with me. The room was quiet, and the furnishings are new but the facility is old. The shower was disappointing as the water pressure was low and couldn’t get very hot water.

The room had a musty smell to it, the sheets and pillows had stains all over. The shower had old stains on the curtain and floor as well. It was bad enough that I left and got another hotel in the area within 15 minutes of being there

Had to change rooms and both were filthy, my daughter was in the hospital and I had no choice! Tub and toilet disgusting! Dust, stains smh!!

The whole place smelled of marijuana and it was very nasty. It was not clean at all.And the person at the disc was very rude.

The front desk guy was a little abrupt, but not rude. The room was ok but could use a more detailed cleaning. The low price helps offset these, so I would stay there again.

NOTHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY IS WHAT BOOKING .COM ADVERTISED---MISREPRESENTED EVERYTHING POOR EXTERIOR FALLING APART / GUEST ASKING FOR ADDITIONAL TOWELS WITH NONE BEING AVAILABLE / TOWELS WITH HOLES IN MY ROOM / BUG CRAWLING IN BATHROOM / OVERCHARGED BY 30.00 FOR CHANGING MY ARRIAVLE DATE BY ONE DAY AND WAS TOLD BY AGENT THAT WAS BOOKING.COM FAULT AND NOT DAYS INN WHEN I WAS TOLD BY BOOKING.COM IT WAS THE HOTEL / THREATENED TO LEGALLY FILE AGAINST BOOKING .COM FOR TELLING ME THAT / ODOR IN ENTRANCE WAS VERY NOTICEABLE AND WHEN ASKED AGENT--HE ASKED WHAT SMELL / WET RAGS ON FLOOR OR ENTRANCE WERE A HAZARD AND WERE STILL THERE THE NEXT MORNING / ROOM HAD DIRTY BASEBOARD / REFRIGERATOR HAD DENTS LIKE IT WAS THROUGH OUT A WINDOW / REMOTE HAD TO BACK TO KEEP BATTERIES IN. I TOOK PICTURES AND WANT A FULL REFUND FROM BOOKING.COM FOR ADVERTISING THIS SO CALLED DUMP AS A DECENT HOTEL.

Room was clean. When we first arrived, there was no one at the front desk for at least 10 minutes. When the manager finally arrived, he wasn't very polite to me and my mom; he didn't greet us and didn't apologize for making us wait.
