Excellent Hotel

Staff was nice but property is in poor shape!!! Air in whole building was horrible. The food area was scorching. Hotel .Com should not use this place

Hotel is an older property and the rooms and common areas reflect the age. Property/rooms need a remodel. I did like the location and found it easily. Elevators are sketchy and needs some maintenance. Staff and housekeeping were most helpful and very polite. The property is okay and I would stay again if I found a good daily rate.

The shuttle service to and from the airport to the hotel. No ice in the ice machine on the floor where my hotel room was located…room 518 on 6/6/26.

The hotel was great, the location was close to everything, and the front desk staff was incredible! So sweet, welcoming and helpful!

Overall, for what it cost, it was decent. My only real complaint is the a/c wasn’t working and the lack of urgency to come up with a solution, was horrible!! It took until day 2, in order for our room to get changed and even then, the a/c still was an issue. Was told by management I couldn’t get a discount bc I booked ahead?

Our room temperature was kind of humid

After check in, noticed the sink in the restroom wasn’t draining. Couldn’t use the phone in the room to call the front desk because that wasn’t working either. When finally got ahold of them was told maintenance would be notified but no one came. The sink stayed completely filled with water for the entire stay. During check out notified the front desk and was told a work order was never put in

Stay away very bad staff very rude manager the rooms where so dirty and the ac was not working at all overall worst experience ever to anoint we had to leave and get another hotel

I prepaid for parking but did not receive any information on how or where to park. Very confusing.

The staff was fantastic. Very helpful and polite. The restaurant was great to have a good breakfast and dinner too when the day was to busy. A couple drinks at the bar if you need to unwind. The shuttle drivers were great and having that as an option took some stress of driving in a new city off my plate. Made the stay more relaxing. Definitely recommend.

Not clean

No continental breakfast, the breakfast buffet is $17 per person and nothing special. They serve dinner which is also pricey and not super great. The bathrooms in the rooms are very small and outdated. The elevator is broke. Snacks are very expensive.

We did have an issue with the elevator not coming when ready to leave and catch our plane. Front desk staff had to get us down from 9th floor with all our luggage in the service elevator. But very glad staff available 24/7.

The help was excellent the Breakfast was very good. Sadly we thought they needed upgrading. The location was great for flying. All in all it was nice.

Especially Ozzy and Karen at the restaurant and bar They were wonderful
