I WAS ALONE I JUST WORK AN SLEEP

Great stay, staff were extremely helpful had issues with the noise level with people above me, but as far as hotel quality all around was a good experience. Will definitely be staying again

Room was decent very outdated but good for the price . housekeeping was only on wednesdays , but they let me borrow the vacuum when needed . no new towels .. we had to wash the ones we had & buy our own toilet paper which was ok but most places provided , overall was very quiet .

I was harassed by the hotel management and the staff several intrusions into my stay where they were claiming to do certain checks as far as changing tvs that were never changed The cabinet doors fell off the wall they have cockroaches amongst the many other things All in all I would never recommend this hotel

Wouldn't stay here again, if it was the last place on earth!!!!especially if your a disabled/ handicapped person they do not want you there.

The room was not so great. The room is a good size, but not clean. The bathtub is stained, the walls are dirty and part of the smoke from the other rooms filtered into ours.

Not a queen size bed, had roaches, housekeeping one day a week, reviews were completely wrong.

We got locked out of our room the same day they cleaned it & with no one at the reception area we had to call someone to let us in, but we couldn't get another key until the next day. And that was a pain in the butt too!!!

Horrible due to kids above me kept us up all day and night even after staff an me knocked on there door to quiet down for four days straight

I was there to work the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo so I stayed here for 20 days. It was convenient to where I needed to be, and there were places to eat nearby along with everything else I needed.

They advertise free High Speed Wi-Fi, not true, it's $5.00 a day and extremely slow!!!!
