The no-breakfast policy was as expected; the $10 parking fee was not. Room was clean but spartan. The sheets smelled freshly laundered with a hint of bleach. Easy check in and out!

The wifi was slow. I liked that there were many restaraunt near

Nothing. Didn't stay here. Opened the door and a roach ran out of the room. Left right away. Everything. Roaches, poorly lit, towels with stains, didn't stay.

The price for the location and parking were really nice.Loved having a microwave and fridge! The amenities were pretty bad. The shampoo was the same amount as a condiments packet, no iron or board, and one towel had a stain the color of urine or something similar but was clean. I just couldn't bring myself to use it. A mirror didn't pass the finger test for two way mirrors and was fixed in a way I couldn't tell if was into the wall, but passed the flashlight test. It made me uncomfortable and ultimately wary of it. Staff was professional but didn't seem very friendly, like they were annoyed to help me check in or ask questions.

Price considering location. Great A/C. Fifteen minute walk to riverwalk. Excellent restaurants, coffee shops and bar & grills nearby. No coffee in room.

Staff at the front not very helpful

The entire place needs to be knocked down and replaced. The staff communication skills needs improvement. We actually left without spending the night there.

Close to DT We pay to stay there and still charge us $10 for parking a Day

Close to downtown area. Stairwell bannister was dirty and unsat. The shower tub was chipping from being painted over concealing the dirty tub. Old bath towels seemed unserviceable and should have been replaced.

Everything is good

Parking was secure but very tight. Hard to get my SUV in. Really need smoking room option. Great coffee shop 25 yards away. Room was very nice.

Location, clean, friendly staff No coffee but shop across street. Run down

The bathtub was nice. Room seed clean, but I still wondered about how clean. Having a mini fridge and microwave was nice, just wish there wasn’t rotten food in the fridge. There was old food left in the mini fridge that gave it a terrible rotten smell. It made me paranoid, like maybe they didn’t even clean the room or change the sheets since the last guest. I also don’t remember reading online that there’s an extra $10 for parking, and wasn’t prepared. Nevertheless, they didn’t charge me full price, which I appreciate.

This is a budget property, so set expectations there. Parking was $10, and was fine. It was empty at check-in, but completely full by 7pm. The room was OK, with a fridge, microwave, and TV with cable and wifi. It also had a nice sized couch and the bed was comfy enough. What was really nice is this is a short walk from EVERYTHING. The Riverwalk, Alamo, and observation tower were about 10 minutes away. It's located in a mid-upscale area, which is kind of rare for a budget hotel like this. I was able to go see all the sights, food, and ice cream without any issue of feeling unsafe, etc. The crosswalks all work, there are lots of people walking dogs, other tourists etc in the area at all hours. This worked out better than I expected. Just remember this is a budget hotel. The staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly and had no problem with me parking there several hours before check-in so I could walk down to the Alamo.
