Riverwalk Plaza

The only drawbacks for me were having to deal with cleanliness. I think there might have been a little mold growing in the bathtub caulking, and there was trash in the drawer of the nightstand. Otherwise great!

Loved our super comfortable, clean relaxing room with all the amenities. Staff was GREAT! They're were friendly, helpful & just overall great to work with on any situation. We loved all the close proximity to many attractions & restaurants within walking distance.

My room was missed during cleaning although I left the sign out. I went to get towels for 4 guest but they refused to give me 4 because there's a limit of 3... but 4 guest checked in to the hotel room. What non-sense is this?

Historic art-deco building with contemporary fusion interior. Convenient and walkable location. Room was clean and comfortable.

The rooms are so outdated, the tub was all scrapped from the inside, it sounded like cracking every time you would shower and the faucets didn’t close right so it kept on dripping. The restroom looked like it had been licking the wall next to the shower and toilet had the paint all messed up all the way from the roof. The room was humid, I would not stay here again. The valet parking was awesome service.

I liked how close restaurants, shops and alamo are. I did not like how outdated the hotel is , the doors are delayed in opening, the elevator is slow and musty it smells. The hall way carpet in the 6th floor hadn't been vacuumed . The closet in my room was broken, I was charged for extra feels for amenities I did not use. The WiFi in our room was horrible.

Great price per night being located right off the Riverwalk & The Alamo.

The pizza at th restaurant was frozen pizza that we sent back

Pool was nice but not like the pictures. Bed was way to firm and only had 2 pillows for a king. My room didn’t get made up even though I had the sign out. When I called the front desk the person said basically they ran out of time.

Rooms were clean. The restaurant food was good but the tables were worn and the floor needed painted.

Location to the Riverwalk was excellent as well as the breakfast menu. Tv was not good

Clerk Service good. Pool supposed to be open at 9 AM didn’t open till 930 and had no towels and trash cans were still overflowing. Room. Water pressure low but adequate. Bathroom sink is not secured to the wall. Turning on the hot or cold water is so tough to accomplish. It moves the whole sink away from the wall. No microwave. Coffee maker, pushing the button to turn it on turned the whole assembly over spilling water. TV, remote controls were challenging. On our first night we determined that one remote turned on the TV and the other remote switch channels. On our second night neither remote was working so we called for service and was left with only one remote. That one remote allow us to switch channels, but not turn off the TV so we ended up putting bath towels to cover the TV at night in order to go to sleep. Elevator floors, and what appears to be brass walls were not addressed . The floor still has spill marks. The walls had fingerprints, smudges, and stuff. Toilet has no slow close lid. Overall, staff service was excellent, courteous, very professional and showed up every time we called within three minutes. Will we be staying there on our next trip…probably not.
